Alright, got Panzer watched up thru eight. It's still merely alright to me. Just don't care for how the fights are scripted and how the rules keep changing.
Automatically Appended Next Post: Oh, but yes, that song was really sweet. Is that versions of it cut seperate from the show yet somewhere?

.....what injustice is this!?
I have written them an email asking. We'll see if I get any kind of response at all. If cutting content starts to turn into a trend, I definitely won't be keeping up the premium membership.
Anime is single-handedly pressuring me to smoke cigarettes. It's weird... when you watch lots of older anime (and even some new ones. Quite a lot, actually), you notice the smoking.
It's such a cool, casual gesture... Just take out a cigarette, maybe give one to his buddy, and light it for him.. They always manage to smoke in the most elegant way possible too. Tough time? Have a smoke. Bored? Have a smoke. Propped up against the wall feeling angsty? Have a smoke.
And when you bring women into the picture? Ah, it's heaven. An attractive woman smoking is one of the sexiest things ever. And it opens up all sorts of romance too. Go on, give her a light. Smoking after sex? Classic.
Ugh, it drives me wild. I actually went down to the gas station and bought myself a pack of Marlboro golds, but luckily, my zippo wasn't working (in true zippo fashion). Ah, I really saved myself there. I shouldn't let myself be swayed so easily. If watching animated women smoke is enough to make me want to do it, I need to take a step back and look at it differently.

Waiting for my shill money from Spiral Arm Studios
Thats why smoking in movies gets them rated now.
Alot of blame for the smoking problem we have now is because it was portrayed in movies as something the cool guys did.
Heck it was even in animated disney films quite regularly.
Adding it nowdays will get you a PG rating.

Gross. It's the exact opposite for me, I hate it when they have characters smoke.
I'm a little surprised that's all it adds, honestly. But... Rating a movie 'R' just for smoking would be really stupid, although I bet it would stop them from putting it in there
My honor and perseverance keeps me above the influence. To concede defeat to them would bring myself great dishonor, and I would be disgusted and upset, and probably do something horrible.

Or watch this!
By the way: WTF, Pravda? I thought 10 tanks was the max allowed (mentioned in the fight with Saunders). And yet here comes Pravda, with 13 T-34s and T-34-85s, an IS-2 and a KV-2.
Also, any chance that we'll see a team-up between Ooarai, St. Gloriana, and Saunders? It's the only way I can imagine they'll be able to beat Miho's old school.
This has prompted me to watch this show. After I finish Trinity blood.
Trinity Blood is awesome! As is Girls und Panzer. If it gets an import release and they aren't charging a soul for it, the DVD will most likely end up on my shelf.
I just finished Le Chevalier D'Eon and I have to say I was extremely impressed. Story gets a bit lost here and there but the music's fantastic, the fight scenes are solid and most of the characters are well fleshed out and develop over the course of the series. The end is a bit of a let down as they spend the whole series teasing you with a very particular something that never happens. Other then that excellent from start to finish and I recommend it without hesitation.
I beg of you sarge let me lead the charge when the battle lines are drawn

I liked it, but I like everything, but its a good series
haha well it does seem cool so far. I think it has a nice balance between seriousness and comedy. Usually I don't like goofy anime, but I like this.
Also the second season for SAO is wrapping up pretty nicely. Idk I still like the first season better for the journey. At least the second season dosn't get super slow in the middle like the first season, I'll give it that much. The fan service is gettin to be a little to much for me though
Because it never actually was finished. IIRC the author died before completing it.

The light novels were completed by the guy who does the Ragnarok light novels, the manga and anime were based off that and done by other people especially towards the ends. So as I said, massive continuity errors between the three versions and the endings tend to be pretty weak vs. the original light novels.

Which really is a shame because that was an excellent show. When I heard it actually never got completed it put me off watching it. because I hate it when a story is never finished.

Oh the suspense! Will the have won or will they have lost! Ok, not really. They're going to have won because she's not had a confrontational match against her sister yet so they can't knock em out yet.
