Generally correct, but not entirely, my friend!

A huge amount of stuff has been sent to the printers (which is behind the scenes stuff that you guys probably don't really care about). V and I have had trouble communicating lately as she's been extremely busy while in the US, but we've been hammering out some tweaks to the design to make it both look a bit better and to make it ready for production.

Progress is being made, I assure you all! The only person who wants to see this in production more than you, is me!

After all, I need a dozen for my army.

Vic posted on Facebook she is on her way home and that Arcadians would be going out soon.

So Yay!

I have read the fluff for the other troop types, and am looking forwards to seeing Arcadian fluff.

Also, may one day get me some of the factions and that Matilda

Yes, I am back from my 4 awesome weeks in the US, that's why I am awake and posting this at 1.30am

Over the next few days I will be doing a complete stock take, lots of stuff is currently unavailable, but it will all be coming back soon, with more new gear.

The Matilda Russ (That has a nice ring to it) it high on the list, as Jake mentioned (thanks, Jake) we are just making sure our final designs are right before we go to the printers. This will kit will be the biggest single piece I've done, I will be investing a lot in it, so Jake and I want to be sure we get it right.

The motorbikes and artillery will most likely be out sooner.

The first wave of Arcadians are shipping this week, and the rest to quickly follow.

Thanks again for everyone for their support and patience, things are really amping up at a cracking pace. Vic Minis could be dipping the proverbial toe in the KS pond in the not too distant future.

Looking forward to the Matilda Russ and whatever option it comes with. After the artillery, all I'll need are some female Tannenburg.

As for special weapons, you have the Fusion gun, and I think you have a not-Plasma in the works, but is there a flamethrower type weapon I've missed?

You're talking about something like this right?

I remember using those for some stormtrooper conversions I did a LONG time ago. They fit victoria's original lasgun arms pretty well. They're basically just a little shell hollowed out that fits fairly nicely over a model's shoulder. They wouldn't fit over the shoulder armor the Arcadians had, but they would work with Victorian arms for example.

Obviously these are way too expensive to fit an army with since they only come as a pair in like 2 kits, but that's the example of what you're wanting right?

Just a quick question. I seem to recall a bareheaded but not bald set of male heads but cannot seem to locate it on the web store. Did I imagine this set or are they discontinued/simply being converted to resin?

You imagined it there is the penal legion heads that have a mix of bare heads and the Chem Mask heads but have face masks, otherwise there is only the bald head set.

Hey everyone! Just a quick update.

I just finished up a Skype conversation with Victoria. Obviously I'll not be divulging any confidential information, but I can tell you a few tidbits.

We've finalised some of the designs for the Matilda, that is proceeding apace quite nicely. I'm not giving you any deep details here (nor pictures!), but I'm in the process of designing two different stowage solutions for it - one consists of various boxes and other pieces of kit that can be strewn over it, the other is an (optional) rack stuffed to the gills with things like nets, bedrolls, wheels, and other essentials for the crew to function as a fighting unit.

We should be finalising the sponson designs within the coming week, they just required a little more energy than was available for our severely jetlagged Overlord (Overlady? Overmistress?) at the moment.

The order has been given, and I shall obey it, to commence work on a sidecar for the motorbike that was previewed a while back. This will be available as a separate accessory to come silghtly later, as the motorbike is already about to be printed, and obviously this isn't done yet.

Over the coming weeks I'll be presenting several other infantry accessories to Victoria for yea/nays, and then she'll be able to preview them to you at her discretion, most all of them generated by suggestions both on Dakka and facebook groups, plus some private feedback and suggestions sent in to me by various people for things they'd like to see Victoria release.

Looks like my vacation is over and I'd better get a caffeine IV prepped.

What will be the accessory and weapon options for Matilda?

I have done a rear set, I only printed the rough sample of a front set to test and make any necessary tweaks.

If you want to build your Tauroxen, feel free to, just leave off all the suspension bits, including the arm that runs from the body to the track sections, all of that is replaced.

Just, in case, you want to get ahead of the curve.

Because I like those beret heads better and they're more consistent. The Tempestus heads, while nice, don't have consistent badges / icons pinned to the front, I hate that a lot. Plus some of the heads have earrings, bleh. Besides, my regular Guard already make heavy use of those two beret heads.

So Vic... A couple of more questions on these lovely little guns...

First, resin or metal? Not really torn either way, but curious...

Second, I know they're off to casting but any estimate on time and cost?

Finally, is there any chance you'll sell at least the long arms in packs of 10 of each? I'm torn on which rifle I'd like to use, but I'd like to get 20-30 (at least) of one and there's just no realistic way I'd buy 20 packs just to get enough of one version...
