No, I assure you, they're 30mm. Other companies product 28mm scale miniatures, and you can see the difference. It is the "Heroic" part of the "Heroic 28mm" which GW uses to claim they're still 28mm. This 'figure inflation' has been going on in GW for years. They started at 25mm, and just poured on the steroids.

Erm, her name is either Rei Ayanami or "Oscar" Asuka.... they are two different characters
Rei is the white haired girl, and Oscar is the redhead.
