The one I posted, the 2 story one? It's from BPlaser, an Australian garage group. The box on top is the access box from Sarissa Precision.

Wow, this thread is awesome!
Thanks guys, I'm just starting out with Infinity with my small group and was looking for terrain alternatives to the MAS stuff. I think I've arrived!

FWIW, I just picked up some of the Spartan stuff (Towers and Platforms) and various MAS pieces from the Spikeybits sale going on right now. These were the lowest I've seen either of those manufacturers before.
And now I'm trying not to go pick up pieces from about 10 other companies as well. Holy crap there is a lot of great stuff in this thread.

Yes we are almost spoiled for choice these days! The plus side is that it's never been easier to make a table full of cool looking terrain, although you have to be careful not to go mental and end up emptying your wallet on some of this stuff!
Please post some pics when you get to work SavageRobby, will be good to see what the Spartan stuff looks like.

Will do.
I was just looking at Warmill's site - some great stuff there. But three of the kits I wanted to get (Food Shack, Bio-Vending and the Sat-Links) all gave me a pop-up message saying they were unavailable. I shot them a message, but anyone else have experience with ordering directly from Warmill?
Edit: in a burst of amazingly fast customer service, they already answered. They had to source a new supplier for acrylic and they'll be restocking the acrylic products when they get back early in January. So, not only great looking products, but excellent communication as well.

Looks very nice! Love the smooth curves, these will make a nice alternative to some of the more boxy terrain out there.
Although I feel I should insist on proof that these were indeed created by lasers mounted on sharks before purchase

This is a good point and correct. Looking at it now the building just stops at the top of the wall. There's no roof or balcony.

I have to agree - the INFINITY market HAS to be be bigger outside of the USA.
I sadly know this as it is nearly impossible to find a game in my area, and it looks as if I'll really only ever be able to play in ITS tournaments that I'll have to plan a roadtrip to attend!

I'm lucky that we have small community in my area (Metro DC), but it can be a challenge to find time. This is the main reason I own as many starters as I do so I can grow the community with some friends.

Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of replies, I've been hard at work to actually get these on the website before school starts back up!
That being said, I'll address some of the points brought up here now.
Pacific wrote:That's really surprising.. SharkMountedOne, I'm sure there would be a market for these in Europe (and Aus of course!)
You're absolutely correct! I get emails all the time from individuals seeking terrain overseas- but there is one huge problem- shipping costs!
I've scoured every option I could, but it seems every for me to actually get product out of the country is going to run at-least $80!!
That being said, I'm still looking for a good way to get it to you, it's just difficult to achieve such.
SlaveToDorkness wrote:Nice, but Dear God you need some railings on those balconies!
This comrades, is on purpose for a variety of reasons!
First of all, it allows the buildings to stack flush to one another- No longer are buildings limited to putting a smaller building on top. Any buildings can fit atop the flat surface. On top of that, it also allows buildings to span over the top of multiple buildings. In our playtests, this has really expanded the variety and "shinyness" of our tables.
Secondly, in the Colorado meta (we have the largest playerbase outside of europe) we've got tired of all the roofs providing cover! This has become a problem in some cases, because people will purposefully "camp" their miniatures atop roofs, prone. This makes it highly order intensive to actually be able to complete ITS objectives- or impossible in some cases. Of course, this is a valid tactic, and I'm not downplaying it- but what's wrong with a little variation in the table environment.
Third, as I mention above, variety!!! When you look outside your house, or go downtown, does every building have a balcony? (Most likely) Nope! Especially for more modern architecture. Why shouldn't our gaming tables reflect a more encompassing urban environment? If you're really looking for cover on roofs, you can always adorn the tops of buildings with scatter terrain, such as potters or A/C units.
Also, remember that going prone on a rooftop offers you cover from enemies firing from below!

Aye, I'm trying to get it down to around $50. The sheer magnitude of it requires a lot of cut time and materials. That being said, it's over 16", so well worth it comparatively.
