Granted, it works better in the sense that it translates all your text into extremely amusing innuendos.
I wish I could find a working English version of 3D Custom Girl.
For the record, 3D Custom Girl is a programme that allows you to almost boundlessly edit, pose and mess around with...well...3D custom girls. It does have some...ahem....naughty uses, but it is a great bit of software, and can be used to make animations, and also make 3D models for use in the freeware animation package MMD.
