Yes they will be available, you can even get parts as part of the kickstarter.

Also, I have just added a £4000 stretch goal. If the campaign goes over this target then each backer will receive a free robot with their chosen reward.

Hi Curtis,

New Dogbot looks awesome! Relly nice!

I hope you don't mind but I sent you a PM regarding an order I placed on the 1st of May.

I was just looking to see where it is currently as it is still showing as "processing" in my Ramshackle Account.

Look forward to hearing from you,

cheers,

Hey thats cool. I love zoids. I had one on my desk while I was making the robot masters, for inspiration! I cant find an image of it, it was a 2 legged velociraptor style one. I did find this cool image now though:

Pretty interesting robots.

A general question: Would it be possible to at least have the option on the webpage to view more than 10 objects per page. It's very much a pet peeve of mine to have to constantly change pages when browsing through a model line.

Also, the thumbnails in the shop are so small that they sometimes serve no purpose since it's impossible to discern what's in the picture.

Each of the robots has a picture next to a ruler on it's sale page.
As an example, the one with the knight armor head (green above) looks to be just shy of 50mm including base.

Except that unlike the Zoid, for some reason Cerberus has two pairs of hind legs.

How come there's not more talk about these great squat bikers?

I'm in for 10 (12 via the 2 free ad-ons) and there's a ton of great optional weapons, sidecars, heads, etc.
This is the squat deal of the decade!

Oldhammer weekend just passed and Ramshackle showed off their RT-inspired Ornithopter.

On facebook Curtis says it should be on their shop in a few weeks.

I should also note some great service from them in a recent order.

Hey KK, where does the reference come from for it to be "RT-inspired"?

Not being snarky, just can't for the life of me pick it...

I guess that was a bit obscure if you're not following the development.

It was made for a scenario based on a short (short) story in the original Chapter Approved book and the sculptor specifically said he was going for the kitbashed traditional sci fi look of Rogue Trader rather than the flying box with rivets seen in later fliers.

Blog entry here
http://www.warfactory.co.uk/

As it happens I scanned the story for a retro review.

So it was really exciting to see this go from a 100-word (or so) story in CA to a full game with custom terrain and vehicles.

Very cool, thank you, KK.

That makes perfect sense now, and was worth the read.

A 'thopter eh? Very cool story and model. I think folks don't give Dune enough credit as being a major source of inspiration for 40k. I recently read through most of the series again and was blown away at the number of concepts and ideas lifted strait from the pages and deposited into the 40k universe.

Yeah, I would rank Dune as the most important influence on 40k, sort of like Lord of the Rings for Fantasy (RIP).

There's a lot in 40k that's not from Dune, but the DNA is clearly there. Navigators are probably the most egregious borrow, almost as bad as Arbites really.

I think the Terminators...cough, sorry...Necrons might rank prettty highly as well there, as well as the Colonial Marines, Xenomorphs and Heinlein's "Starship Troopers"
