So initial impressions: the detail on the minis ive opened thusfar is pretty damn good. Theres some mould lines of course (because of the material) bit some of them have even scraped off with my thumbnail.

I havent looked through my hells bells yet, but i am missing all of my bases, and the tokens, esper decks, and playmats for 3 of my 4 factions. Im also missing one of my bonus figs.

The relic knights PVC is comsiderably stiffer than that of the SDE minis. As such they seem to hold detail better.

Tons of pics to follow dinner.

Did you get any of the "starter packs"? Two of my tokens, decks, and poster mats were in those(Black Diamond and Noh) Cerci's will be loose in the shipment box because you don't get a starter for that faction. All the bases were in each retail package, but all the inserts were in individual baggies loose in the shipment box.

Edited for clarity.

Yeup. You're spot on. That's what my lazy ass gets for not opening everything right away.

Oh, and each box of Hell's Belles was missing a torso, and Cordelia Clean was missing her gun barrels so I'll need to call about that.

Same here, missing a torso (the top, girl with the whip).

I have four components in my Cordelia box, I'm either missing parts or they totally switched the look of the gun.

Did we ever see a render of what she's supposed to look like?

Photos round one. Bear with. All taken with iPhone.

Austrican the Ogre

Purifier

Assembled Paragon

Are there mould lines. Yep.

But honestly, none of the models took me very long to clean up. The paragon took maybe 10 minutes for cleanup and assembly. The purifier was about 10 as well. Austrican was incredibly clean and took all of two minutes to clean and assemble.

The models, assembly wise, are pretty much idiot proof. All of the arm sockets are different shape so you literally cannot assemble the models incorrectly. I didn't have a ton of problems.

The purifiers face has softer detail, but it isn't terrible. It'll definitely be paintable. The paragons larger head, surprisingly, had softer detail. Fortunately it's a covered helm, but it is softer. It's hard to tell if this is due to the anime style or if it's simply because the detail is soft.

I did open my Marie Claude, the model that we saw earlier, and the detail isn't quite as soft in person as it is in the photo. I think the bare material simply doesn't photograph well.

More to come.

Great pictures Cincydooly.

As for Cordelia Clean, I combed the updates and we never saw a render for her from what I could find. 4 pieces plus the base for me as well. The gun isn't nearly as imposing without the giant barrels. I'll be very disappointed if it isn't just a mispack.

Regarding the Hell's Belles I'm pretty sure we're all missing the same torso. It's not like they mislabeled the back either- there are three base toppers, three bikes, three bases, three heads, and all the arms and accessories. Only just two torsos.

How many inserts did everyone get? I pledged at Gotta Catch 'em All and ended up with 4 )80mm, 16 )50mm, 16 )40mm, and 50 )30mm. Did everyone's shake out the same? 5 bags of 10 )30mm; and 4 baggies of 1 )80mm, 4 )50mm, and 4 )40mm.

There's a thread on the SPM forums with some unboxing pictures. Not the best but it's better than nothin'.

Here's a shot of Cordelia Clean from said thread.

Just saw Deke posted a release schedule on Ninja Division. Ahem, certain models appear to be there.

There's actually quite a few things that weren't on the KS in the rulebook.

Each faction will have at least 2 more unique models and 1 more questing knight.

I'm still worried about the tug-of-war/hot potato that *might* be the process of getting missing items/replacements for miscasts between CMON and SODA NINJA though...

I am too. It would appear that everyone's Hell's Belles and Cordelia Clean are missing the same pieces from the retail boxes. Hopefully they can be fixed soon.

I don't have one yet to confirm, but from the picture that Cordelia model is complete. The gun on the model differs from that on the art with the modified single barrel design.

Looks like the gun changed to a more sleek rail look.

I'm also worried about replacement parts...
As it would happen the Belles are what i was going to make first to use in 'Burners', a jetbike racing game and I'm shorted a kit and a torso from the kit I received. Two years of waiting, LOL.

I haven't opened the box yet so I don't know about the torso, but I am also missing a box of Hells Belles (we're supposed to have 6, so two boxes) and a Pacer (we're supposed to have 2)

Wonder if this is pretty common.

My package was in Hagerstown MD last night at quarter to 7. That's an hour and fifteen minutes from my house. It is due to get here two days from now. Wow. Way to suck worse than the USPS FedEx...

Yeah, there's some fedex route I've repeatedly tracked, where the package gest within an hour of Portland (where I live), then it takes a magical trip to seattle for a day before coming back to my state to be delivered.

How many royal wreckers did you get with your pledge? One right?

I would also like to voice my displeasure with the Cordelia Clean gun barrel change. It's not nearly as intimidating. I'll have to do some conversion work it seems.

Got my tracking info yesterday, should be here in a week. I was in for....hell, I barely remember at this point. I think it was Cerci, Corsairs, Black Diamond, and a slew of cosplay/sde/extras.

Yep, bang-on, although I got a lot more extras than I remember. No recollection of ordering Cordelia Clean, for instance. I think I just started adding stuff to add stuff at some point. Whups.

It's the collector in me. The Black Dragon's were one of my favorite models shown during the KS and Ms. Drake their missing piece. The situation needs closure.

Right, just the one Royal Wrecker and it was an add-on. I know the title of the line item is plural 'Wreckers' but I'm quite sure they only ever intended to do provide one per add-on. I'm really unimpressed with the size of the head on the pilot, my goodness is it small. I'm probably going to switch in a Statuesque Minis head. I have Heroclix that have better detail and that's after being slathered with paint in China.

Regarding the Cordelia barrels, not real sure why they switched out. I just wish they'd shown the new version. Another bait and switch game...

Soda Pop customer service got back to me about the torso, and wrote they'd 'pass the info along' and verified my pledge info. There was no mention that it might be a common error to the majority of packs, although I suggested it in my email.

My real problem is I've spoiled myself with high quality figures (Guild of Harmony, Kingdom Death, Hydra, Hasslefree among others) lately so the Relic Knights stuff is underwhelming.

Same for me. Glad to hear I'm not the only one. Maybe they're packing GTGTA's + lots of extras last?

aaand now my package is in West Virginia, and won't deliver till Saturday.

In a way, this is very thematically appropriate for the KS.
