Oh yes, it could be.

Overweight units only (preferably morbidly obese, possibly rotting)

on a 6+ this unit receives the mark of Nurgle, as they find themselves in his favor.

MSS is bloody annoying and slightly on the wrong side of it's point cost.

as ive yet to use one successfully on my 30+ games consecutively because ts damn near impossible to fail 9-10 leadership tests with no modifiers, not to mention the ther roles involved JUST to get D3 HITS on a unit....i dont see the almighty cheese people claim it to be, and i play against GKs mostly, which is basically what it was designed for now that we can use the force rule attached to their weapons.......

If it makes you feel better, it was used against me three times. Made my broadside punch itself. Which was silly because I made like one hit that would have wounded on a 3+, but save on a 2+. Even with my broadside helping to try and kill itself, it got tied up in combat for 3 rounds.

I'm expecting an Imperial Knights supplement dedicated to GW's loyalist apologetics. Codex: White Knights "In the grim dark future, everything is fine."

"The argument is that we have to do this or we will, bit by bit,
lose everything that we hold dear, everything that keeps the business going. Our crops will wither, our children will die piteous
deaths and the sun will be swept from the sky."

I don't think you're playing it according to the rules. It's an LD test on +1D6. Try buying an MSS for 15-20 points and then issue a challenge. It is a gamble, but you get pretty good odds at killing or severely wounding Dante or a Wraithlord on a relatively costless model. Against Chaos Space Marines it's even more fun considering that some characters must challenge you, meaning your 50 point Lord is... more than just a speed bump.

I really need to stay away from the 40K forums.

Reread the codex, its a leadership test on 3D6. The average result of 3D6 is 10.5, so that means that against LD10 you have just over a 50% chance of MSS being successful
