i have been playing the mindcrack mod pack on my server, it runs much better both on my PC and the server, its been 3 days and i have only just got power sorted, im using a forestry tower of power and its just started to runwithout input, now its producing power and all i have to do is occasionaly empty some ash out of 4 peat engines, does anyone have any idea how to get that out automaticly, i have tried retreivers and they dont work
I doubt it because Industrialcraft is more versatile and well known than the electricity mods in Voltz. The missiles are vaguely interesting, but nothing special.

I actually think that Missile Mining would be quite entertaining...

I like Voltz, but really only for the missiles. My main peeve is that silos can't really be THAT hidden, since the missiles don't actually travel up in a straight line past about the 2nd block above them or so; any silos hidden in mountains or far beneath the earth will have to be absolutely huge to allow for the path of the missile, which pretty much rules out mountains for hidden silos completely.
They also can't be placed horizontally, so no firing missiles from a giant launcher or making a Reaver Titan with them.

Im sure people will find a way around that, and make Titans

The cruise launcher fires misiles horizontally and the railgun is also pretty fun.
I dont think the cruise launcher works with all the missiles though.
The cruise is supposed to work with Tiers 1 through 3, but I've tried testing a few and the cruise launcher itself doesn't seem to work very often at all. I've managed to fire 5 missiles using cruise launchers (all 5 missiles were the regular T1 kersplodies), but no other missiles have worked, and even the T1 kersplodies didn't work the last few times I've tried.
It just seems like a very tempremental weapon.

So do I launch the game with tekkit lite or tekkit classic?
I tried tekkit lite and it said "Server is out of date!" what the hell? What am I doing wrong?
"The Imperium is nothing if not willing to go to any lengths necessary. So the Trekkies are zipping around at warp speed taking small chucks out of an nigh-on infinite amount of ships, with the Imperium being unable to strike back. feth it, says central command, and detonates every vortex warhead in the fleet, plunging the entire sector into the Warp. Enjoy tentacle-rape, Kirk, we know Sulu will." -Terminus
"This great fortress was a gift to the Blood Ravens from the legendary Imperial Fists. When asked about it Chapter Master Pugh was reported to say: "THEY TOOK WHAT!?""

well, there are two options, Tekkit lite and tekkit classic. You tried tekkit lite. Tekkit lite didn't work. Using my unerringly accurate Sherlock-like process of elimination, I deduce that it is, in fact, the only other option.
