Why 'while stocks last' on the Imerial defence network? The pricing for it itsn't too bad, but GW could make alot more money if it wasn't limited.

I think these are sort of those 'little boxes' you get, before they release an actual multipart plastic kit, like the 5 gaunts, 3 space marines, 5 IG Cadians, those little ones they new people buy, or people get to test paint schemes.

I'm hoping this is the case, at least, or I'm going to be seriously pissed off.

Yeah, all they are are 5 of the snap-fits from DV. Pretty sure you can find the whole squads from the starter set on ebay for 10-15 bucks still.

If I didn't already have a pretty awesome trench set, that new set would be tempting.

I may pick up the necron one, there is nothing in it I can't use.

Maybe it will be a corporate Christmas thing, like the Fortress of Redemption which became an all year kit.

Just noticed the wall of martyrs says while stocks last.. does that mean they're gonna release it then cancel it for good? Or is just the big box limited and they'll release a smaller set later?

are the army sets direct only? Can seem to find them on pre-order anywhere else

If they put a death/night scythe plus an HQ in there that Necron force actually may have been worth buying.

Thinking of doing necrons of chaos space marines as just getting back into the game really..

The Cultists are exactly what I expected, they have chosen great models too. I think its very handy for both Chaos and Necromunda players. Also, Im glad it costs the standard minibox price.

The fortification system looks pretty good, though I think I'll wait for the single pieces... Dont want to turn my whole table into a huge defense line.

So the defence network is £100. I'll be honest here, I like it, but if I could get rid of the skulls and all I'd be a whole lot happier. I'd quicker get the Imperial Strongpoint which has plenty of aegis defence lines and bastions that actually have a use in the game, and it is cheaper.

Any word on fortification rules for the Wall of Martyrs?

It costs 130,- Euro... that is God awful Imo.

And GW being GW the basing kits feature a price raise also, of course, which seems to follow the trend of "when a new variant of something we already have comes out let's add 3,- to it and hope they don't notice".

The current basing kits are 23,-. The new ones 26,- all of a sudden. I doubt there is more stuff in these new ones than there is in the old ones.

I saw them on the video and then clicked onto the price.

I am far from a GW white knight but not a hater either.
However, €130, woooooah! I was agog tbh.

You're overlooking the six boxes of Cadians you'd have to cut up for the bodies...

While I do tend to like terrain, not positive I want to go in for it with my budget for models tied up with DFG and Mantic KickStarters. I might to support the FLGS, but if they don't get one I'll almost certainly pass.
