Really like what you're doing, they have a very darkly elegant look. One problem however is the hands for the bolt pistols and chainswords. They just don't fit on the arms. Maybe look at IG hands and weapons for a better fit?

Thanks!

I noticed the hands didn't fit when I was gluing them on, but I plan on greenstuffing some robe- like fabric over the arms once I have finished assembling them anyway, I don't like the Wyches muscle arms.

For your bikini armor, maybe the dark elf witches are a good idea as a basis?
The blood vestals do look amazing, and the witches look a bit dull compared to them, but if you wanna stick to GW..

I don't know how the models are put together, but maybe you can change shoulderspads/heads to get to that second artwork you posted I know I'm going to try it after my current project xD

Man, I love that you are doing this army, now I can just copy off your paper

the dark elf witches are good, cheap if you can find them in metal, so that helps. they also have special models like command and of course, the dark elves have a few other female models.

Well, as GW don't support veteran gaming anymore, I'll be gaming and entering painting competitions at local clubs and hobby stores instead, so blood vestals it is.

Thanks
I have tried searching on eBay for some of the Dark Elf Wyches, the metal ones are quite expensive though. I'll think that I'll use the blood vestals from Raging Heroes.

Now I have started cleaning up the miniatures and the greenstuff work. Below is are some pictures of one of the lovely ladies with the beginnings of a winged shoulder pad. The wing was made by press-molding a plastic wing I had in my bits box.

Looks promising with the wing. Will you armor her arm up? Because with the GS like that it looks a little bit featureless.

I thought the purpose of a female army is for boobs.

Hmmm, contradiction much in the Wiki?
Miriael Sabathiel is a former Sister-Superior of the Adepta Sororitas' Order of Our Martyred Lady who is the only known Battle-Sister in the history of the Imperium of Man to have willingly turned to the service of Chaos,

It is Miriael's siren beauty that is her greatest strength, combined with the ability to see the bare souls of her enemies, and she has corrupted many more Sisters of Battle as well as countless other Imperial savants.

What is the contradiction? She turned to chaos willingly and the others where corrupted by her and as such not by their own free will.

If I don't have my dose of morning coffee I won't function properly.

Yeah, I started trying to sculpt some armour, but it didn't work out too well because all I was using was the GW sculpting tool so I smoothed it out and sanded it down to act as a smooth surface to sculpt on. I'll be buying a set of sculpting tools from my local art shop soon, and then I can work on the armour.

Might be useful. A similiar effect someone told me to use to make a press mold for boob armor to add to male dark eldar torsos.

Great find, and awesome technique, I may have to use that.

... and this is why I love Mantic Games! These could be perfect for the Chaos Sisters of battle! These may have to be my power-armoured girls and the minis I started can be cultists, what do you guys think?

Needs more spikes, but I can see it working. How large are they, though?

I'm not sure how large they are, still trying to find that out.

Mantic tends to be closer to true 25mm so a bit smaller.
