Also, all of the player cards for the exclusive characters are available for free from GG. You simply need to proxy the models.

I for one think its pretty impressive GG is stickin to their guns in the face of such complaining. Gives them a +1 to respect in my book.

Exactly, everyone CAN play these characters, they just have to get a proxy model, which isn't too hard and in most cases will be cheaper or comparable in price to what the official figure cost from the Kickstarter. I honestly don't understand that complaint, it is the character sheet which allows a player to play a particular character, not the figure.

It looks like a guy I know that works at an LGS down in Florida..

Is this a homage character, or one of the 'Mary Sue' backers from the first Kickstarter maybe?

Joshua looks really super good, like great tabletop wargame quality. Is it the board game-quality plastic that makes the models look less good in the actual game?

I'm pretty sure he cast in the same plastic they use for the models. The quality of all the Zombicide models I got look pretty similar, honestly. It may just be an effect of the lighting or something along those lines.

2013 WFB record:

O&G 14-3-3
Vampire Counts 3-0-0
Dwarfs 1-0-0
Ogre Kingdoms 2-0-0
Tomb Kings 0-1-0

Something that I've noticed is that people will see a model as being higher quality if its a grey color material, even if its the exact same material/mold. We've had people remark about the quality increase in our casting when we switched to using a grey dye in the resin mix, rather then just having the eggshell white color of the plain resin.

Yes, but the SAdeptus Mechanicus model weren't necessary to play the game, and in fact, did not have rules. You can still get the rules for the missing characters and just proxy a figure, that's not so bad. It just sucks knowing there are more characters out there that add more depth to the game that I won't have.

The More Zombies box set sounds great, but I'd like to see a set with different poses. Another kickstarter maybe?

Maybe a kickstarter for more characters? Like an additional characters box set?

So Jason Statham and Woody Harrelson join the lineup, eh? Nice. Email just came through.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

New update as it seems to have stalled $5k from the cars.

So now we get Jason Statham and Woody Harrelson as Tallahasse - think that's the first time they've used the same source for 2 characters

Those characters weren't a necessary to the game either.

Not necessary, but more integral to play than the AM figures. It still sucks knowing there are option out there you can't have. With proxies, it makes it easier, but it still sucks. They sell for crazy money on ebay.

edit: Jason Stathan should have pistols or an automatic rifle and a suit, like he did in the Transporter. Maybe a bonus to driving vehicles, less of a chance to running over one of your buddies.

Versteckt in den Schatten deines Geistes.

Look at his character description. He's "Rick" who "woke up in a hospital". So basically he's Rick from The Walking Dead if he'd been played by Jason Statham.

Actually that's kinda cool.

Ralph looks cool!

Going to pass on Rick though, don't really like him that much. At least the paid character will help get us to the free one.

I'm really hoping for a "not Will Smith" from I am Legend with a unique companion dog.

I believe it is just Toxic City Mall, as all the stretch goals have been for the $100 level or box additions.

Twinkies are copyrighted. It's actually a cream-filled lemon cake.

But an I am Legend guy with dog would indeed be awesome.

Although if you're patient/want to save more money you could just go in for inmate and wait for retail release of TCM

TCM has all the Zombivores for the classic 6, so I wouldn't want to wait months after the Kickstarter crowd get it to get my hands on it.

I would take it closer to source: Charlton Heston in an Addidas tracksuit armed with a Greasegun SMG and one of those old fashion tape recorders and microphones.

You could literally take things from his "cold dead hands" in zombvivor mode.

The Fat Lady - Alternate normal Fatty for the Prison Outbreak box - and probably part of box of zombies #4.

and on a side note GG posted that whilst there are only 3 dog companion sculpts so 2 of each in the box there will be different colours for each set of 3 so you can tell them apart.
