My KS page is very slow at the moment. If I pledged 100 (inmate, I believe), how much do I have to add for all the purchasable survivors?

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

We're getting the rest of the freebies in April (on the same boat as Guilds of Cadwallon) so please have your address up to date by 31st March.

This will include all the free figs (Zombivor versions of El Cholo, Nick and Dave, and both versions of Cardboard Tube Samurai, Troy and Eagle) plus the optional Eva, Marvin, Claudia and Ivy, as well as T-shirts for US backers that were shipped before Gencon.

Have you seen Shaun of the Dead? it's a reference to that film.

Don't read if you haven't seen the film and don't want it spoiled.
Spoiler:
Ed turns into a Zombie at the end of the film and Shaun keeps him chained up as he can't kill him

Watch Out!

The shitstorm erupting over the now-cancelled update 32 is fething amazing. You should see the whiny, bitchy, entitled turds just letting loose on the KS forum for that update.

It's kind of incredible.

Talk about nerd rage... I don't get why people are freaking out so bad other than they live outside the US. It'd been mentioned many times during season 1 that they intended to make small amounts of them available at conventions, yet the people spazzing out are ignoring that.

I've got the season 1 promos and I have no issue with them handing out promos at a con as it's something fun to do to promote the game and reward players. It also doesn't go against any of what they promised for seaon 1. But instead all these idiots are taking it personally. Heck I only saw the email update 20 minutes ago and had been seriously considered driving from chicago to altlanta to attend the con because of the promos, and a chance to see a new convention. Sadly by the time I'd read the email the nerd rage had swelled into a tsunami of hate and they pulled the update.

It's sad that when the company tries to do something nice for it's customers this is the type of backlash we see. GG and CMON have been nothing but be open and supportive to their player base yet people are acting like they pissed in their drink and kicked their dog on the way out.

When's the last time GW did anything nice for their customer base? Sheesh.

Well this should finally stop all the Plissken posts! Smith and Angry Mary will make a nice set - throw Raoul in as well

big stretch but it's for both Human and Zombivor and will be available for $10 (1 per Inmate Level) if missed.

and the On the Menu image - Complete list of stretch rewards (not including stuff like the Skull markers that have been added to base game boxes) for the Inmate ($100) and Fugitive ($150) pledge levels (the TCM expansion comes with Fugitive level only)

To keep everyone happy they could just send the season 1 backers the surplus survivors and they could trickle out to everyone else from us.

A fatty in a Chefs hat & a ponytail would work perfectly as a Stephen Seagal then and now homage

That certainly won't make everyone happy. There's a very vocal minority of S1 backers That are adamantly against that very idea.

Even though in Season 1 they said that the KS exclusives would be available in limited quantities at conventions and whatnot? They actually said that and people are still acting like a pack of entitled witches? That's insane...

Anyway, I like these new stretches. Still no Wilcox though...

Ah I can say is hell yeah Snake!!!!!!

If people want to bitch about season one promos being handed out a con, screw them. For 8 months all the complaints have been "aw man, I missed the kickstarter I want those promos and I'd do anything for them", yet when Cmon says hey here's a cool way to get those promos those same people get all offended. WTF?

IMO limited access to promos is still better than no access to promos.

I hope they decide to stick with their original idea and offer them at the con.

Here's the problem. Most of the season 1 backers were fine with them handing out at the con because that's what they said they'd do. But then all of the people that were season 2 only threw an absolute hissy-fit about it, especially the European folk. Nerd Rage pretty much sums it up.

Yeah. I'm an adult and I deal with it. Tickets to see the Killers in Cincy sold out before I remembered they were coming. That's my fault. I can either buy a scalped ticket for an increased $$ or remember to get them next time.

News flash: life isn't fair. Adults deal with it. Children bitch and moan about fairness.

There were Ltd. Ed. items available at a specific place and time. That time passed. And... so what? That's normal. And then the anger stems from them doing exactly what they said they were going to do all along. It's nuts.

It isn't just children that bitch and moan. Adults do it all the time, and consistently prove that the squeaky wheel gets the grease. No one will ever give you a better deal for sitting quietly and taking it like a man. So really bitching and complaining is often the smart way to play. I know I have personally got much 'fairer' deals from relentlessly bombarding poor customer support people with complaints. One time I actually gave up after repeated rebuffs, but I'd sent so many emails of complaint that one was eventually picked up by a different customer support person weeks later, and they sent me free stuff unexpectedly.

You can't expect fairness from life, but as a paying customer or backer you can at least try to leverage it. I haven't personally been complaining about Zombicide, but I would like a better deal for none US supporters. I think CMON would too, because the postage costs just make it harder for non US customers to back them. Then announcing a convention with the much coveted S1 promos, that no non US backers could reasonable be expected to attend, just adds insult to injury. I really think if they offered one of the $10 survivors free to non US backers (to take the edge off the $35 postage) we would see a lot more backers from Europe, and might have actually hit that 2 million.

In other news, I'm not really sure if I want all the optional survivors in S2 now... Being as there are so many new survivors. And I get the feeling ebay will be swamped forever more with S2 survivors. I can't see much reason to buy them unless you really like the character.
