All back-orders should be processed by now, though be wary, they are going off-line again for the rest of the month and any orders placed now, while at a 20% discount, aren't shipped until November.

You've missed the front of the website and our FB page

While I've been in and out of surgery I've no had a chance o do things like check through our spam filter etc so there's an emergency email listed for these kinds of things sorry. Its bwartemis at gmail dot com, that'll ding my phone and I'll look into it for ya.

Sorry, I have no use for any Facebook, and after web seller or shop sends an e-mail with "order status - shipped", I assume that any further communications should be carried through that e-mail or whatever else was in the "contacts" page. But this is irrelevant and has to wait if Your health condition is still serious.

It is just the first post item going missing in a long time, coupled with no replies and bank deadline for complaints approaching all together made me more jumpy than I usually am. Get well, all the rest can wait an' be sorted later.

I was wondering why my order hasn't shipped yet, they sent out an email just now:

You lot might finally have broken me!

800+ of you joined in our Halloween promotion! Smashing all previous records. And of course we've been open as normal for the last week since then too.

'However', while that is one of the better problems to have, it has pushed our posting process to the limit! Our small village post office, that we love, is not a massive fan of bags of 100+ orders showing up every day and so it may take at least another week to clear this lot.

It took us 2 days just to print and sort them all!

So, we very much appreciate your patience, the discount was there for this very reason, and we working on it every day! 'Every' day!

I ordered a couple of minis in mid-November. Paid for 48 hour delivery.

A week later I got an email saying there had been a delay due to stock issues, but the minis were now dispatched. No trakcing number was provided though.

Nothing arrived by Christmas, basically a full month later. Unfortunately, though I had sent a whole bunch of chasing emails I hadn't seen the site's front page noting an alternative email address until mid-December, so nothing moved forward until I started a paypal dispute.

Took about another week or so for the minis to be dispatched with a tracking number. I received them last week (early Jan).

So all sorts of comms errors and delays, but finally sorted out. My only complaint still standing is I originally paid for special delivery and though Hasslefree and I agreed over email that the minis were already so late it wasn't worth posting 48 hour delivery and I'd be refunded the postage cost difference, no refund emerged.

EDIT: And now of course I feel terrible because having received and opened the late package I find Mr. Hasslefree added some sweets/candy plus two extra miniatures as an apology (both really awesome minis not just random stuff), which easily makes up for the problems I had last month. D'oh! Okay, I'm happy now

Another fair warning, no complaining when new releases come out next week or some delayed restocks arrive etc. That's how these flash sales work

State of the HF Union

On Sunday I'll send out the yearly 'HF State of the Union' newsletter. We'll go over the past year and talk about plans for the future year etc. The following Sunday we'll restart our release schedule (No metal releases before Salute sorry, explanation in that newsletter).

I'm spending the weekend clearing the last of the sticky 'issues' then the week will see us clear the last of the KS pledges (minus those who haven't completed the pledge manager).

If you're concerned about anything relating to a HF website, please email us using BWARTEMIS at GMAIL dot COM (Not the domain name emails) , if you already have and haven't received an answer, I'll get to you this weekend as I clear literally everything out (Man, you have no idea how that will feel). If you'd like to bump your email to make sure, feel absolutely free.
If you're concerned about a KS pledge, then you can email us if you wish, or they have now fixed the inbox glitch so I will be clearing those too. Sunday will also see the next proper Update there.

We will be closing the pledge manager this week. As we'll consider it done, it will be closed and we can start releasing the miniatures to the general public, at their correct RRPs, next month.

They sent a newsletter listing the litany of health and personal disasters that befell them in 2018 but they are still in business and will have new models at Salute.

They've always been known for their zaftig occasionally scantily clad figs (and I've appreciated some of the designs over the years) but when did they start going full monty on every mini with complete nudes?

Seems to be the way he works. Nude ->clothed ->conversion. People always seemed to want the nudes either to paint or as sculpting blanks so they started selling them more.

Seems like a good approach to me. They get more mileage out of a single sculpt and more people get the model they want. Win-win.

Glad they are back on their feet again.
Might even oder from them again after going through a Paypal refund with them, because e-mails weren't answered at all for months.
Still lost money because of falling exchange rates :(

I wouldn't be so quick to consider them "back on their feet", personally. I placed my current order over four months ago and they are maybe starting to sort it out now. Which I guess is still better than the previous order which I had to wait 11 months on, with plenty of communication attempts that went unanswered.

That said, I do hope they get everything back in order and things go smoother in the future.
