The humble Laspistol is a good handheld Torch/Flashlight.
The Power Fists would be pretty useful for Fireman and rescuing entrapped victims. Jaws of life my a**, just grab it and WAM.

Power armour must be perfect for lazy sentries. Just lock the muscles in place and you can go to sleep where you stand and the autosenses can start a lovely massage to wake you from your peaceful slumber if any enemies actually get close

Now you've got me seriously thinking about this darn it... markerlights make great laser pointers at presentations (just don't accidentally launch a seeker missile at the projector) earthshaker cannons for postal work (load package inside, aim in general direction of intended recipient, fire. They have pretty much an infinite range) stormraven gunship for trolling aerospace engineers about how there's no way that thing should be flying
