Continuing my Christmas Khorne army commision, Karanak (or Rudolf) is now done!

Made a lot of progress. You can even see the floor in my second room now!

Finishing 5 Hobgrots from the AOS dominion box to basing.

Undercoating the 3 crossbow kruelboyz from the same set to paint over the next week.

* The Skaven roster I'd been envisioning morphed into a Tzeentch Demons team....
I realized that by buying 1 Flaming Chariot kit & breaking down t individual models, I'd have a full 1k pts & diverse roster. And I got the kit for next t nothing thanks to Amazon reward pts.

* The 2nd Death roster is now Bonereapers.

And tonight I'm building the rest of the Savage Orcs/Bone Splittas I'll need.
Just awaiting a single Death Rider t arrive.

* Built 1/2 the skeletons I'll need for the Crimson Court roster.

Built Thorns of the Briar Queen ghosts push fit minis, and as always push fit sucks

I played an actual wargame with real figures and dice!
ADLG plays quite well.

Painting five old metal Delaque gangers still.

These last few days I've been chipping away at my Imperial Knights, but yesterday, and today I got sidetracked with a loader for a HWT, and a Necromunda Enforce painted in the classic Judge Dredd scheme.

Got to play 3 games of Warcry using the new rosters/models I've been building.
Damn, I've made brutal lists....

My friend really likes the Scions of the Flame cultists.
Nice models. But they are NOT competitive with what I've made & suffered two extreme (though narratively humorous) losses.
Game #3 - when he used one of my rosters (Seraphon) was a much more even game.

This time it is the turn of Sepulchral Guard.

Tonight's project is building some random stuff from the backlog.
Let's see....
A bunch of Skinks left over from a Start Collecting box,
5 or 6 assorted tanks for Flames of War (mostly German)
Several assorted Rumble Slam/TTCombat figures

Oh, and I need to finish a handful of Skeletons for Warcry.

I also have a Savage Orc Big Stabba team that needs a basecoat

Some conversions on skellies and ghosts.

Finished the bases on these Blackstone Fortress baddies:

I finished 2 Bones figures for my new Stargrave crew. Damn, the first batch of Bones surely made a mess of the faces.

Hauling out my 6mm/15mm terrain project for historical.

More work on my Outcasts starter set, and starting to work on the last 4 models for my Arena Rex Helleniki

Finished 3 simple conversions from the Underworlds push fit models.

I plan on Magnetizing most of my Dark Elves and finishing their movement trays before I store them. Need to make space for other projects.

Painting ironjaws and this big boy.

Finished the lord Arcanum/loremaster whatever, which means all my SCE from Dominion are completed.


will spend free time today deciding what to buy as the next installment and deciding if I'll keep the other half of Dominion or use it as trade bait.

Today I undercoated the rest of the Blackstone Fortress bad guys and varnished the ones I had finished. My gaming group is talking about meeting up in real life again and I want to have the set done so we can play.

Working on ironjaws. Too bad fforgot to buy supplies for basing so will take a while to see final result.

Played game(1 vp loss to gargants with ironjaws) and working on this bunch of models.

Started painting some Black Legion models - the two Legionnaires and Ordo Whatshisface from Blackstone Fortress and a second ed metal Dreadnought.

Back in hardware mode...
