I'm in the same boat as far as the things I did not yet get. That said though I've got enough here to keep me busy for a good long while! There does seem to be a lot of colour difference between batches of resin I have some that are pretty much grey and others that are very blue. IIRC people mentioned that the blue ones are softer? Thankfully it's not the queens, praetorians, or the crushers. I can't wait to get started on some of those bad boys!

You're not alone. UK backer, heard absolutely nothing. Also I was quite an early pledger, so it doesn't even appear that order's are going out in Pledge order.

Possibly Random, Possibly who shouts the loudest. My friend is a trader and had a call from PRODOS asking if he was interested in stocking the AVP game. "Before I do that, can you please tell me when you will be delivering my KS I ordered 2 years ago?". It was at that point PRODOS put the phone down on him.

Just received my parcel (in germany). This will keep me busy until wave 3 arrives. And since I did not complain that much, shipping order doesn't seem to correlate to the amount of noise you make... ;-)

But I am not sure if PRODOS did sort things out correctly. I received an email before about my partial shipment (didn't mention it, since I wanted to wait until I really receive something, before I wanted to believe). The email stated stuff marked with shipment 1, shipment 2 and shipment 3 , but shipment 3 did not contain anything at all.
The parcel I received today contains everything marked with shipment 1, and parts of shipment 2, but some items marked as shipment 2 in the email were not included in the parcel. At least for me it's kinda hard to keep track of everything that way.
@PRODOS: was that a mistake and I have to ask for a replacement of missing items, or will the rest of shipment 2 (e.g. the facehuggers) be included in shipment 3?

Since some of this stuff was not mentioned in the official PRODOS update that stated "these are the last items to fulfill the KS", can PRODOS please confirm that everything from the list above will be included in shipment 3 before the end of february?
I am asking here, because I, like many others, encountered problems contacting PRODOS directly, but I know that Jarek sometimes reads this thread...

However, nice to see things finally getting along. Cheers ;-)

Make some noise mate, I'd sent about 50 emails before I got mine. They just don't seem to bother otherwise. Also, check your PM and make sure it's locked in. For some reason they kept unlocking the people's pledges, so people were screaming at them to send it, thinking their pledges were locked in when they weren't.

I never sent them an email. Obviously I did let Jarek/Prodos know how I felt on this and another forum, but never went further. And I still got some of my stuff a couple of weeks ago.

Hi there. This is just a short update to let you know that we are still on course to finish wave 2 by the end of February. What is left to ship is shown in the attached pictures from board game manufacturer. The stack on left are the remaining AvP KS version board games that are getting assembled and shipped to us within next few weeks.

We are excited and happy to announce that all 2nd Wave parcels, shipped after the 8th Feb will include following items (pictures to shown prior to shipping):
- Facehuggers
- Young Bloods
- Female Predator
- Sentry Guns
- Marines and Predator objective markers.

Outstanding items: An Additional Rules set, clear predator faction models and resin terrain, will be included in the final wave 3 shipping, which we hope to commence in late March (date to be confirmed).

Australian Backers: Small parcels are being shipped directly from Poland, larger orders are being prepared and shipped to our Australian partner, and this has resulted in significant postage savings such that I no longer need to sell my kidneys to ensure that everyone gets the products we have committed to sending you.

Again, I want to thank you for your patience but can I ask people again to please check your name and surname and your address in the pledge manager. We still have 278 backers where the data is not complete and this is delaying shipping for these backers as we will only be contacting them once all other shipments have been sent.

And I’ve kept the best piece of news until last. You asked for it and we are now working on 2 resin models, that will be available via our webstore or at various shows we plan to attend in 2016.

I can’t tell you what they are yet but I hope to be able to update you next week. Our design team is hard working on this exciting project at the moment and I hope to be able to bring you sneak peaks of the production and design of these once all the kickstarter products have been issued.

These sneak peaks will be on our webpage once we have approval.

I don't see the Non-box game Marines or the special characters mentioned.

And I note (but am not surprised) that they will not complete all KS fulfillment by February even though that was what a previous update stated they would do.

Yeah, I get it, plans change, but even at the time it was a stupid fething thing fro them to say. Which of course makes all promises/statements Jarek/Prodos make worth the paper they are printed on. Oh wait, I don't even get a paper version...

you say there are 278 pledges that are problematic due to names and addresses. On mine I have a different delivery address than the billing address. Is that going to be a problem?

No , we have several peoples with just their 1st names only or nicknames in the pledge manager or missing postcodes etc.

I see that for those in the US that haven't received Wave 1 shipments, they will get them when their Wave 2 shipments go out. But what about Pre-Orders? I missed the Kickstarter but did the post-Kickstarter Pre-Order. Are those included in the Wave 1/Wave 2 combined shipments?

So we can assume that wave 3 is the wargame rules the clear preds the 3d boards the special characters. The marine sgt and the alt marine sqd.

And that's not going to be until end of march/April/may how long until they say they will post all remaining wave 1 and 2 parcels with wave 3

Depends what you mean by Wave 2. The queen, warriors, pred-hounds, power-loader etc have theoretically been at retail for some time. These are all Wave 2 items. More recently, the figures from the core box and a few others have become available for retail. The real question, I suppose, is whether or not you want to buy them from Prodos directly or not.

The only model that is officially a KS exclusive is the predator berserker. Everything else should go to retail eventually. Whether it happens that way is another matter, but that's how we've been told it will turn out.

My mate got a shipping notification, he ordered around same time as me, he runs a store and got the retail stock in offer ages ago too, he wasnt happy.

I keep checking my pledge manager and it 'awaiting' i am 100% i have checked my name is my actual one and address is correct.

I am now just sitting waiting, but i am now worried it will ship just as i go on my honeymoon and cause no end of issues with no one home so gets 'returned' after 8 days :(

I read it on the prodos FB page (the company one, not the AvP one) - here's the convo (names have been redacted - although it's public posting I would rather not throw names about)

I PM'd person 1 and from what I can work out, the rumour all seems to have sprung from the Strike Off notice that Companies House issued (in fact the conversation on the FB page has gone in this direction now).

In short - it's not new information, "going bankrupt" looks like being a mis-reading of "being struck off". The posters talk about Prodos' Wholesalers/ Distributors as being Prodos' supplier while they would really be Prodos' customers, so I think there's a lot of mis-speaking and vagueness floating around this conversation.

If an email had been sent out by Prodos saying they were going bankrupt, I'm pretty sure it would be doing the rounds by now, not just spoken of in rumours.

It is now nearly a week since Prodos supposedly claimed to have filed their Companies House paperwork and nothing is showing on their records. Prodos need to be aware that the above sort of error and misreading can only happen when they don't clear up the initial mess they have made.

Trying to defend Prodos against incorrect statements - I feel all sort of dirty now.

Yeah, bad news for Prodos is that the accounts just ticked over to being over 3 months late : late-filing penalty is now doubled to £750.

I should think that you could post quite a few kickstarter pledges for £750, eh?

We are now holding a pool at our local games club. Points awarded for closest guess in shipping time and who get's it first!

I got my email on November 2nd and my wave 2 items arrived on December 7th. A check of the tracking info showed it spent less than a week in the hands of couriers.

Got an email from Prodos this evening saying how the December 2015 releases were shaping up. Only 2 months late:

Last month of 2015 at Prodos Games is going to be full of surprises and new releases. We are starting with Demigods Evolution miniatures and releasing new models for not only Alien vs Predator, but Warzone as well!

DEMIGODS EVOLUTION
"Demigods Evolution" was recently funded on Kickstarter. While core game is in last stage of production and very close to release, you can buy separate minis already. First wave of models is coming late this month, you can preorder them now. There are 20 models to choose from, from 5 races.

NEW ALIEN VERSUS PREDATOR ADD-ONS
Following recent wave of add-ons - Prodos Games is proud to present new additions to your AVP set. All models from core game can be bought separately now. Also we are adding Weyland Yutani Commandos and Royal Guard.

NEW WARZONE UNITS
We do not forgot about our Warzone product line, this month we are releasing new add-on, unit and finally - one of biggest models in history of Warzone - Raiden Class Tatsu Gigamek.

AVP add-ons will start shipping after 5th of December, while Demigods Evolution and new Warzone minis are scheduled for 27th of December.
