OOC: If you look at the Mega Nob model they have armored jaws in many cases (or at least they did the last time I checked). That's what I'm basing it on. A stormbolter probably wouldn't punch through that.

Ooc: Being that a boltershell is a small explosive charge, armor or not, the blast effect at point blank would rattle your brain to scrambled egg... assuming you notice, that is. I don't expect an work to necessarily.
But is S4 vs T4 so God only knows how to rp that.

OOC: Mega Nobs also have a 2+ save if we're going to the crunch, so an ap5 storm bolter wouldn't do much. Add in the fact that Mega Nobz have 2 wounds.... But just to avoid an argument over something stupid...
