Starfleet Officers, circa 2366.

That's better.

What do you have to say on the subject, Emperor?

Better, it looks like it fits badly but its still skintight and well fitted but you never notice when its been set up right.

Thanks, but come on q, you have to admit those pijamas are pretty ineffective protection. Not even able to void seal it.

Those 'pajamas' are what Starfleet Officers wear.

Ah, sorry Marla. I just need to know where Commissar Yarrick is.

*he glanced to Benny*

I have no fear of Yarrick, I only said what should of been said long ago.

OOC: Sorry I think I interupted something, I just got back from school and I have to go to work really soon.

He's in his girlfriend and his room. [Scratches ear] Maybe I should have put a comma somewhere there.

And I'd be scared of him. I saw what he did to those tyranids swarms up close.

And what makes her a harlot? [Rolls eyes] Because she's openly happy with him?

And maybe you felt it needed saying, but if you're not scared of Yarrick, you'd have said it to him.

Why do you think I am looking for him, Benny? And all I've seen her do is try and get his cock at every opportunity, yet you decide to defend the person that-- Well, she even started the argument we had. And tried to injure me. Yarrick USED to be a powerful man, I was honored to fight by his side in the third war for armageddon. But now... I see him as -that-. Not the man I idolized and envisioned as the perfect soldier and hero of the imperium, no... He's simply now some lovey-dovey sap who will do anything to protect his sex-toy.

There's a difference between 'happy' and complaining about her 'sex drive being broken' when she continues to try and feth him in an area that's easily accessible to others and constantly snuggles up to him. She's practically obsessed with getting his *--censored because it's PG13--* and that's the only thing I really hear about them talk about, and the only thing she tries to do. She's so self-centered it's unbelievable, only concerned with what she wants to do with Yarrick, which is fething him. I also got sick of her trying to constantly compensate, and accuse me multiple times of perving on women, as well as her accusing my men of the same thing like she's some sort of beautiful goddess and all we want to do is have sex with her.

*slightly raised his arms and pointed his palms upwards, pulling his chin up with a stern frown*

I also have a SERIOUS issue to discuss with Yarrick, one that concerns the Commissariat. I don't fear Yarrick because I've fought beside him, I know that he is not an enemy to have; but facing him is not an impossible task. He cares not for his own legacy and reputation anymore, he's gotten weak and does not even care for his homeworld and the imperium. Only Amelia. He'd be willing to put the entire war of armageddon at risk just so he could have sex with her, because that's seemingly ALL they have in common. I have never even heard them converse of anything else besides pillow talk and sexual innuendos.

*sighs*

Marla, I'm sorry. I don't mean any disrespect to you, or your husband. I am just saying what I have thought, and what I will stand beside.

OOC: you guys have really got me going on a writing spree now, sadly if I go silent or start having shorter replies I am at work and I have a co-worker (not even in the same area as me) get on my ass all the time.

the difference between you and Amelia, is that you are a lot more interesting and a lot less focused on only sexual intercourse. I haven't seen you whisper constantly to your husband that you want to have sex with him, or flaunt it. So I have no reason to be even angry at you, I in fact respect you, sister. [Scratches ear] She takes him to anger and grief counselling, deals with the fact he wakes up screaming nearly every night, saved his life on occasion... But I'm sure it's all about dickings.

In Yarrick's timeline, Armageddon ended long ago... He's gone through the three wars, a kidnapping and whatever that mountain did to him... I'm not going to judge if they work it out that way.
It's healthier to look for companionship than bottles or needles. [Looks over shoulder] And it's not like commissars have a lot of options in that regard.

And he [Points at pla] has upset Amelia to the point where she thought I'd...
[Draws back hand and rubs eyes] She thought that there's some kind of mental contest between caring for her and my duty.

True, there is the fact, the Impirium is not a monolith, its a idea that unites us.

And yes, we care about our partners, and at times our duty is to them. It's complicated .... And I'm probably not one to explain it.

Be angry all you want, Yarrick, Amelia's feelings are not my responsibility. You and I have very different ideas of the imperium, Yarrick. And the Yarrick I knew, whatever time line it was; he was a hero. My ideals come from a timeline where loyalty was and should never be in question. But that's just it, we come from different worlds. So do you and Amelia, and so do Amelia and I. So of course we would argue, I said my piece to her and her decisions and feelings afterwards are all hers. So Yarrick, I.do not fear you.

[Nods] We are the Imperium as much as any other part.
Without love, without people... It's pointless. War without end and nothing to fight for. We'd be stood fighting for nothing but fighting's sake.

Realising this hasn't made me weak. It's given me reason to continue.

I am glad we agree on that. The only reason I said it is because Benny believed I was afraid of you. But I am glad we can settle this like Reasonable members of the Commissariat. We are on the same page, right?

I only said what I said to Amelia out of respect for her you know, she insulted me and I was sick of it. So I said what was on my mind instead of being a coward and talking behind her back.

Technically I'm not a impirium citizen, Martian, traty of Olympus we are separate empire. Its odd but impirium ay highest levels is a allied serris of almost separate empires. Each adaptus cannot survive alone but is separate.

You get a different perspective from the high lords balls and high level trade negotiations. It is but a serrris of united ideas. Love and relationship can be smaller joints in the bigger whole

[Shakes head] Benny is a very black and white commissar. It makes him a good person, but terrible at any kind of non linear thinking.

You are indeed from my timeline, I remember quite clearly... Though this room has caused me some considerable physical grief, the cogs are all intact. [Taps head]

But what I don't remember is the kind of man who would vent his frustration on a person from outside our own culture, and behave with such a poor manner. You say you don't care for her thoughts, yet you insult us both, and expect us to internalise this ranting for some reason.
And you say you'd rather be honest, yet you take your grievance with my character out on someone else in my absence first...
You walk a very fine line between bravery and insolence.

If it weren't for this being Marla's ship, I'd say we settle this the old fashioned Schola way... But I sincerely doubt there's a duelling ring with sabres aboard.

Ooc: Also I'm groggy as feth after fasting and blood testing so any fisticuffs will have to wait until tomorrow anyway.
