I'm trying very hard not to imagine you Panic as a red-faced child, looking extremely sullen while holding your teddy bear.

I don't really mind whether a new thread is started or not TBH, I don't collect Warzone minis but am happy enough looking through pics of new stuff and scrolling onwards.

Now I don't know if any such mention has been made, here or elsewhere, but looking at these gorgeous Warzone models I am thinking (and wishing) of the possibility Prodos to consider to resurrect Chronopia. I would really like to see miniatures of this line (I loved the game and its universe) of such quality!!

I've still got the catalogue which featured both games & some of the minis were great indeed!
Might have to dig it out to reminisce!

As is I'm about to unsubscribe from this mess and miss out on all AVP Prodos news because the prodos news thread is chore to filter through for the game I'm interested in.

I can see different threads for talking about rules and fluff and such, i don't see other people complaining in threads of other miniature (parts) threads when they make different lines for different games.

Wait wait wait - Retail release for AvP is figures only as the game on KS was specifically a collector's edition not intended for retail - right? So basically there is nothing that seperates it from a general release since the figurines are going to be available anyway...

Hmm... I'm a bit confused as I can't recall if there was something in the collector's edition that won't be available at retail later. Can anyone in the know specify? I'm in on the KS, but if everything is going retail I don't have to get angsty about what to get now if that is true.

It was made clear that the Retail version of the boxed game would have plastic models.. not resin.

But that all the models made during the KS would be made available in resin separately at retail.

Which is both a nessessary / good thing so that we can expand our collections later for playing the table top wargame.

This is where Jim Vidlak, the Prodos Games US sales and marketing manager who started this topic, could have been useful. However, instead of him jumping in right away with an explanation it took someone else posting a KS comment from Prodos in the other Prodos topic.

And still no AvP rules posted.

Probably going to be in their next update. They've already unveiled how the roster system works.

The AvP stuff all looks sweet, though I much prefer the way the Weyland Yutani commandos look in Alien 3 over these ones.

I always got the feeling with those that they had about £50 of the budget left at the end of the film (after paying Sigourney Weaver to shave her head), and had to make do with a fencing (or hockey?) mask + some quilting!

Agree they do look kind of cool though..

Hmm just saw the new Juggernauts on facebook.. and although the guns still look a bit weedy, the models themselves look much better. I really can't wait to see what the new Hussars and Vulcan looks like.. although since the Mortants have been tweaked too, it looks like I will be buying the entire Bauhaus part of my KS pledge again!

So apparently 150 people have yet to fill in their Pledge Manager forms, the emails we received were just a nudge for them.

Hi all, sorry for short update but the Prodos team is away at UK Game Expo in Birmingham. Another update with more info this Sunday.

Reminder - Any issues with the pledge manager please direct to michal.pawlaczyk@prodos.co.uk, please give us 24h to replay. Please do not PM via KS with PM queries, Thanks.

1. "KS pledge manager link reminder mail" - if you've recently received this mail with PM activation link, but you've already closed you pledge manager, then there is no action to be taken, please ignore the email/link.

2. "3d terrain" we will have something to show on Sunday, but if you've already closed your PM, you will still have a chance to get it in future - we will make it available at the Kickstarter prices for bakers via our Prodos' shop www.shop.prodosgames.com.

3. Young Bloods and Sergeant - pic on Sunday - same here it will be available for backers @ KS prices at our shop later.

4. There's still 150 backers to close their PM, we will keep it opened until Saturday Midnight UK time.

5. Progress update on Sunday.

Sorry for the delayed response, I have been down with the flu for the past few days.

Here is a quick AvP update, I know you guys prefer miniatures, but I can only share what I get. Here are the renders for the Predator Young Bloods, they will have interchangeable parts including helmeted heads. Plus a cast of the Colonial Marine Sarge.

Wonder if it will be possible to re-create the first Aliens Vs. Predator Dark Horse comic book with this game..

But, glad I have got the Sarge - looks suitably Aliens cigar-chomping badass..
