While getting plastic Wracks and Haemi is a good thing, I'm a little worried about that those are the only news we are getting leaks about. A codex is a logical option so I don't doubt there will be one (it wouldn't be the first time that I'm expecting a new DE codex and don't have it), but what about more minis?

Multi-week releases with a new kit week one, codex week two, etc.

Have you been around for the last bunch of releases?

Actually not too much, since the Spanish WD dissapeared (when this new weekly format showed up). It's good to know that they are doing that, thanks.

This one is interesting. There are bits in the box that allow you to replace the crew of Raiders and Venoms for Wrack pilots and gunners!

Random Thought. What if having a wrack pilot of gunner changed the rules of the Raider or Venom....

I know, I think too much and it leads to disapointment

The coven list is cool but ineffective. CC sucks in this edition and with a low armor save and low armor vehicles it is impossible to get there. Add in low punch options, and average initiative and it is just a bad combination. Hex rifle is cool but only one per unit makes the unit conflict with itself. Liquifier guns can be awesome if you roll lucky but again there is a chance you will either wipe out your opponent and not get to charge or not do anything and charge a max unit. I have a full coven list and it was good for a very short time span but is still fun to play in one off games with fellow friendly people. My custom grotesque look great but again a huge point sink that is underwhelming (especially since they nerfed FNP) and one you have to attach your characters to (usually an archon to give them grenades and a Hamy to get them to furious charge. Points drops all around, let me take a unit of wracks with hex rifle, and let WWP work as a fortification that you set on the first turn and you can charge out of it.

Looking good! I love the pieces to make wrack crews. I hope this release isn't coven only though. I want Vect!

Lord of War Vect, on foot or a chariot of his own named the Dias of Destruction.

This is just a guess, I have no credibility to my rumor... which makes it as a reliable as 99% of the other sources on the interwebz!

Insert heroic scale handwavium to horrible sculpt here.

Six mistakes mankind keeps making century after century: Believing that personal gain is made by crushing others; Worrying about things that cannot be changed or corrected; Insisting that a thing is impossible because we cannot accomplish it; Refusing to set aside trivial preferences; Neglecting development and refinement of the mind; Attempting to compel others to believe and live as we do

I like that they haven't changed the basic design of the Wracks much.

There Hellraiser esq designs were already perfect in my opinion.

I like the new Haemonculus too. The wavy hair gives him a very fey elfy look. Just perfect.

Magnets. Magnets explain everything.

Anyway, wasn't the previous Haemonculus floating too?

Just found myself plotting how I should buy new Venoms and Raiders to make best use of the coven pilot parts. I already have 5 venoms and 2 raiders. Damnit GW, you tricksy.

Well I am excited. GW's pricing and other issues have been chaffing me lately, but I will say that these new wracks look good (even if they are very similar to the old ones- but then I really like them too). I especially like the idea of using wrack heads for pilots on venoms.

This is one the first time I've been mildly interested in picking up rules since 7th hit the scene! Well, we shall see what's to come.

I really do hope they do a Ogryn-style box for Grotesques. It'd be a wasted opportunity not to redo that model.

Even if they don't talos parts look great on isle of blood rat ogres, ogryn, and the crypt horros/vargheists. I am sure theres some chaos fb and ogre models that would make ace grots with extra bits from talos/wrack kits.

Well it appears we are getting a new special weapon on wracks at least. Can't tell if it is drum fed or another template weapon. Whatever it is I hope it's one of many new guns that help us combat our more recent shortcomings.

Looks great. I've got ten conversions that look almost identical. Hands down the best way to make grotesques. You can us leftover bits if you buy a talos kit or just buy a sprue off ebay for a few bucks.
