Yes, but when else could GW's "alliteration" department get to be used? They already did such a good job with the Murderfang Murderclaw Murdersaurus from the Space Wolves.

What comes from the Void? Well...a Void Bomber! Dropping Void Bombs! Plus an Elvis--I mean, Eldaanesh word that translates exactly to "void". Pure. Genius.

Don't forget the Void Lances!

Others in the Void try their best to aVoid the Voidravens but the Void pilots kill them with their Void lances to fill the void in their souls rendering Slaanesh's claim over them null and void.

what Dark Eldar player doesnt have 5 wracks and a haemy?

I don't own a single wrack. They're an utter crap unit.

Basic warriors and witches trump them in damage done all the time.

Wracks are fantastic.
Yes they're different to Warriors and Wyches, but that doesn't make them a crap troop.

Ran in squads of 10 with 2 Liquifier Guns (maybe an Acothyst for flavour with a Venom Blade) in a Raider
-or-
Ran in Squads of 3 with an Acothyst and a Hex Rifle in a Venom.

The Raider Wracks fly across the board, drop some APD6 melty goodness, then hit CC with 30+ Poisoned attacks.
In return, they're T4 with FnP, so can take a hit back if needed.
They'll happily kill or tarpit most things.

The Hex Rifle squads are small enough they can just plink at targets with their lone rending splinter rifle, hold an objective and be ignored till everything else is dead (an unlikely prospect).
Then, if there's an MC or big nasty, I can shoot it with the Hex Rifles first each round, hoping to pull off the RFG effect (which isn't impossible). Of course if they do one-shot a gribbly, then they get noticed and die - but who cares, they just one-shotted a gribbly!

The Venoms can fly off on their own being Venom-y.

My list of 2x Haemonculi, 2x Grotesques (Raiders), 2x 10 Wracks (Raiders), 3x 3 Wracks (Venoms), 2x Talos, 1x Razorwing has won me around 90% of the games I've played with it, across 5th/6th. (Haven't played 7th yet... will probably pick it up with the DE book).

Even in a tournament, I won using squads of wracks. (1k, 2 Ravagers, 2 Raiders, 2 Venoms, vehicles filled with Wrack squads of varying sizes)

I'm really looking forward to this plastic kit too, and the ability to easily convert vehicles over to Coven pilots.

The plastic haemonculus is pretty nice, but not worth 20 euros. I just bought 4 video games, 4 movies and 5 books for that amount of money :/ The wracks look pretty nice as well, and I like that they at least give you Raider crew models to go with them.

The supply does not get to make the demands.

Nah, a thrift store find. That aside, I'm just not seeing the value for money there, especially for anyone who might have a previous haemonculus already, or access to one.

I'd buy the plastic Haemonculus- I think it's a more interesting pose to the Finecast models. I'm curious as to what equipment options he comes with, or whether you can use Wrack bits to fill the gaps in his wargear.

Yeah.
I mean, if the clam-pack plastic wasn't monopose, and had all the options, I'd definately be buying 1+ of them, being my primary HQ choice and all.
As is, it's just a case of it's a nice model, I like the aesthetic, and I may depending on the budget, and what it's like when I actually get to see one.

Will probably pick up the White Dwarf though, just for giggles.

There's a 2nd hand Haemonculus and Archon going for £5 each at my local FLGS, plus 3 squads of 10 warriors and 2 squads of 5 Incubi going for £9 each. They're painted, but the details still good and can be repainted easily. I swore to myself I'd never start a second 40k army but at this price I'm tempted...

Not sure about these models. Dark Eldar are supposed to be alien and exotic- these new models come across as 1980s British heavy metal band!

Because then I'd want a fleet of raiders and ravagers, lelith hesperax and wyches, the fighter aircraft thingy, the void bomber, the jet bikers and air surfers And so on. Where would it end?!

I'm also saving up for a Bolt Action Fallschirmjager force atm. Got HE rulebook, just trying to restrain myself and clear some of my backlog before I start yet another army

I've already got ten of the "fine"cast Wracks that I use as proxies in Warmachine. Getting them in plastic kind of makes me tempted to get more of them since the unit I use them as recent went from a single merc unit to a whole mercenary contract/army. They just need a plastic Grotesque box.

My wracks are a hideous amalgamation or 2nd ed ork torsos, Dark elf warrior legs, Talos bitz and whatever arms i had going spare.

My grotesques are ork Nobz with added uglification, and urien's uberbuff ones are based on ork warbosses.

Been tempted to pick up some WM/H cephalyx beasties too. Those things would make amazing grotesques, but are pretty spendy.
