I'll be away for a week as of tomorrow. I'll likely have internet on my phone still but I can't be certain just how active I will be in this. In any case, Elysius' actions will typically come down to burn the xenos, or stab them with his new sword if they get too close - just in case I'm unable to direct him. I'm sure you guys can mention him in your posts to keep him 'active' as it were in the event that I can't make any IC posts.

Hey guys, sorry for my absence. Our road is being dug up and some genius put his pickaxe through our internet cable
We have it back now, so hopefully I can get this moving with no further interruptions.

I kind of thought it was dead. It was a bit slow after my week away and then getting our internet taken out shortly after I thought it had died. I'm happy to continue though if there is enough demand to do so?

Good god Castiel, really? * le sigh*
And as far as I know, Astartes Power Armour has a layer of Ceramite which is pretty much fireproof (up to a certain temperature, probably around 3k celcius.

Ceramite is a ceramic material, it is made by exposing it to extreme temperatures.
Flame-based weaponry against PA is like having a snowball annoy you, and hoping to destroy it by putting it in your freezer.
You're going to need heat up in the Melta range in order to acheive a satisfactory effect.

Nope, Pyrovores. They attack at Strength 5 AP2 in CC due to their Acid Maws, as well as having the equivilent of a Heavy Flamer on their back.
Its ok though, Pyrovores suck.

Burn the xenos!
Stick to one of the squad's flanks, protecting it with bursts of fire while also trying to stand far enough apart to avoid being caught in the Pyrovores own fire bursts. Naturally if they're close enough burn them with the fury of a thousand suns.
I suggest we engage them a backwards advance, so that we keep out of their close range attacks for as long as possible while still laying down relentless return fire.
