President Obama spotted pointing over sneeze guard

WASHINGTON (WHDH) - President Obama is getting called out for crossing the line during a trip to a Chipotle Monday.

He went to the restaurant for lunch with some parents, before the first White House Working Family Summit.

However, a picture of him ordering his burrito bowl is getting a lot of attention.

The President can be seen reaching over the glass, pointing out what toppings he would like.

The picture has received a lot of comments on Twitter, from people on both sides of the aisle saying he should keep his hand to himself!

What do you think of the President's decision to point over the sneeze guard?

I will be fascinated to learn, ITT, whether or not the sanctity of the sneeze guard is a value both conservatives and liberals can agree upon.

I've never understood the sneezeguard. I mean, on feeling a sneeze coming on, who sits there thinking 'well I better just keep pointing my nose to all this food'.

And even if that was a thing that happened, that sneezeguard is so low it isn't going to stop an adult sneeze - I see a snot smear on that thing and I'm assuming that maybe half went over the top in to the food and I am not eating there.

And yet there are buffets with no sneezeguard, or just a little one at the top that does nothing. Do people only sneeze when ordering food, and not when picking their own with those stupid little tongs?

And what was going on for the decades before sneezeguards were common? Were we all just happily chowing down on sneeze covered potato bites? What changed to make these things necessary?

Also, its a burrito. The sneeze goop is probably the healthiest thing you're about to eat.


I've thought about sneezeguards way too much over the years. Anyhow, Obama was being a douche - no matter how silly a social more is you still have to obey them. Not enough of a douche for this to be, you know, news, but then I think we already knew the world's news priorities are pretty screwy.
