Chicago/Detroit... I can get, it often swapped between chicago/detroit/green bay.

Philly/Dallas... No way Hose, it's fething Washington and Dallas. That's the damn Turkey Genocide Day tradition. It should be kept.

Seattle/SF. It's a rivalry, it's my team... but when the feth did they start playing on Turkey Genocide Day?

Haha I didn't even think about previous alignments. That's a fair point haha. Yah I'm ok with Dallas/philly as its more compelling and it's still Dallas playing. But I don't really get SF/Seattle either.

What's even more funny about that is that you can pretty much tell the bandwagoners from the "real" fans in Seattle based on that alone. If you don't like that metric, just talk about Curt Warner, Steve Largent, Warren Moon, or Brian Bosworth

You misunderstand me.... While I have never been to Philly, I do not down play any of the rivalries (seriously, the NFC East is nothing but "arch-rivals").

What I was saying is that the Thanksgiving Day game specifically, is supposed to be Washington and Dallas

I seem to remember that matchup was always between the bears, lions, and packers. I think there were quite a few years with Packers/bears or packers/lions as well...

No Thanksgiving is complete without Detroit losing. Again.

One of the best traditions!

While they have a losing record, they are something like 34-37-2 over all.
The Packers also have a losing record, 14-19-2.
Chicago is 16-13-2
Minn is 5-1.

Yes we did. Because mark Sanchez was 0-1 in a butt fumble fiasco on thanksgiving day games coming into the game. But you definately picked it right philly is sure fun to watch.

Johnny Manziel making his first big drive in the NFL... Hoyer looks so dejected on the sideline, as he should he played terribly this game.

Edit: Johnny Football scores his first regular season TD and Hoyer looks to be in tears. Bills lead cut to 10 points.

Great, all we are going to hear about for the next forever...

Johnny came out for his second drive and had a terrible showing. It looked like he received a bad snap on Third and 6, recovered the ball and then took a defender the face as it appeared he was attempting to tuck the ball and lost it for a Bills recovered fumble/touchdown. Refs ruled it incomplete pass and then he went and threw like a 5 yard pass and turned it over.

Oh well.

This sums up the game pretty well:
