Yes. You should re-read my post.
He also lacks the receivers and offensive lines those guys have, or had, when their production was prolific.
Have, or had, when their production was prolific. This implies a reference to the past.

Touché, missed the had part. Idk I'd probably out those 2 up against Wayne and Harrison, I'd definately take them over any of the GB receiving cores, and all of the saint groups. So you know what I'm gonna stay with my comment. With the exceptions of the 2007 pats group.

So Detroit clinched a spot. Well, here is to a first round trouncing. They're on their way, but I still don't feel they are an actual contender. They reaped the benefit of a soft schedule this year.

Man that failed 4th down conversion by the colts pretty much assured they were gonna lose. 21-0 a minute into the 2nd quarter... Brutal.

They remind me of Michigan State, in that they have tons of talent but absolutely no discipline.

Which is crazy because they brought in coach dead face Caldwell to try and bring that calming effect. Which actually may be working with them pulling off all these close wins. I really want them to do well because it's been a whole and hopefully they can find some consistency.

I think Caldwell was the wrong choice if that was intention. He's certainly not emotional, but he also doesn't know how run herd on a team lead by unruly pricks.

It looks like that. He's out with an upset stomach. It doesn't appear like he's left the sideline or thrown up. I wonder what the deal is.
Nah he was in for 2 snaps.

You would take Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffry, and Matt Forte over guys like Randy Moss, Troy Brown, Deion Branch, and Wes Welker?
As an aside: It seems the Lions like to stomp. For reference.
If you're going to be dirty, at least try to be subtle.
Yeah... I don't care what kind of QB or RB or WR you have... no quarter back is going to be effective if he's running for his life or throwing the ball while on the ground. The Bears OL needs a rehaul.
So does the RAMs. Automatically Appended Next Post: Chancetragedy wrote:Lol 4 dudes ejected from Rams/Giants game lol. Little bit of frustrated bruhahaha

Steelers punched their ticket, and can still win the division by beating the Bungles next Sunday night.
If they win the division, they'll get a home game in the playoffs...which means I will be in attendance.

To be fair when he posted that marshawn looked like he was sitting out. He didn't get a snap till what 3 minutes left in the first half?

I thought it was more like 3 minutes left in the first quarter, but I was only half paying attention to the game (nagging wife, dinner time... you name it, other people demanded my attention, and wouldn't leave me in peace, in my man-cave)

I can't find an exact time he came in, but the ESPN recap says he sat out the entire first quarter. So i think it was 3-5 minutes left in the half he came in and scored that 6 yard TD.
Either way maybe they should rest him for a quarter in every game if that's how they're gonna respond on offense ;p

Well, to be fair they did him pretty dirty, and I know a bunch of Indy fans really aren't happy about that either. It would have been awesome to see what Luck could become under Peyton's tutelage, though I don't think Peyton would have survived the number of hits Luck has had to take....
But, to be able to pick up a quarterback of Luck's caliber and get rid of an brokedick? Seems reasonable to me.

Freaking Pep Hamilton man, I don't know what his deal is. Super conservative play calling for the first three downs, and then they let our punter throw a pass before our all-star QB? That combined with the fact that I don't think their heads were really in the game, what with the playoff spot clinched and everything.

I exalted this post for the congrats to byte... that was a pretty good FFL game
As for the AFC going through Foxborough, I hope TB gets his girly parts hurt and the Patriots die in a fire Or, at least they lose a game due to the "tuck rule"

The Pats deserve to be the favorite in the AFC, but this isn't a great Pats team. Of course, Indy appears to be fading badly and Denver is leaking some oil.
I think the Pats' competition will come from the Steelers, Bengals, or Chargers, all of whom are entering the playoffs playing well and having played a lot of must-win football down the stretch. I can definitely see a lower seed getting hot and going to the SB.
