This is the fourth named bounty hunter? And in the Imperial sectoral you can use three ABH. That's an interesting start to a force. Probably really weak, but entertaining.

I dunno about revolver, I can't quite see the barrel thing. Even if isn't actually a revolver, it looks like it's meant to look like one.

So it's a space/future zombie bounty hunter? I agree, not sure if the head is working. The pose is fine otherwise, looks like the second hand maybe drawing a second pistol which is an improvement over ragefist (yet again).

Maybe it's just the angle... I swear that head is too darn tall.

Is he some sort of Tohaa bounty hunter? I really hope he's not a space zombie. Wonder what the "le muet" ("the mute") part is about? Presumeably something from his fluff. It's all very interesting.

Maybe he's silent since somebody obviously lobotomized him? Actually can't you do that through the nose? I think he's got some massive head trauma anyway, that gash across the top looks like a can opener was taken to his noggin.

Maybe it was the Mi-go?

Yeah. I mean, it's a cool figure, but I don't know that I would buy a whole prize pack for one figure, even with the other contents included.

I dont see a problem with it. Its no different to other company wanting their own stuff used in their own tournaments. Like Kalamadea said, Rule of Cool usually applies to peoples tournaments so its not an issue.*

It's already been pointed out that this isn't anything new.
One person is not really "people". Whenever something new comes out, you just have to tune out the din of one person screaming loud enough to seem like multiple. Especially ironic considering these are ITS tournament rules. They don't affect people that don't go to tournaments.

He's supposed to be the first Merc that will be available to EVERY vanilla faction, Tohaa and CA included.

There's a version painted by someone on the Infinity forums that looks slightly better (no glaring head wounds) :
