A new Wing Commander game where you can play as the Kilrathi. Or just a big reboot as there are no space flight sim games right now. I mean I'd even be happy with Colony Wars rebooted.
A 3/4s top down grid based rpg game (a la Final Fantasy Tactics) using D&D 3.5/Pathfinder rules. If Pathfinder all races and class combos available.

I want planets with entirely different biomes that you can explore. It wouldn't have to be more than 2-3 inhabited planets, but I'd want to be able to free fly where ever and do what ever.
So basically I need technology to keep evolving before I get what I want.
Pretty much a WAY deeper Freelancer then. Which is something Id also love. Freelancer was and still is one of my favorite games. I still replay it to this day.
That would work.

Elite Dangerous released like a week or two ago so if you want big ass space sim, there is one.

There, I said it. I actually enjoyed the MW story arc - yes, it was hokey as hell and pulp tripe but fun nonetheless and I thought the characterization was great; I really ended up empathizing and caring for what happened to the protagonists. I think Captain Price was an excellent character and it would be a shame if it were the last we saw of him.
Having said all that, not sure where they would go with the story given that it appeared to have reached a definitive conclusion at the end of MW3.
Though hard to admit in public, I also agree with this.
I'd also enjoy a Darksiders 3.
Also, a direct continuation of the Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask story line (aka the search for Navi) would pretty much get me to buy a Nintendo system again all on its own.

Seconded on the Thirty Years war for Total War.
I'd like to see someone do a Mount and Blade style game with a fantasy setting "believably". From the mods I've seen, it tends to break down because the base game assumes you can recruit from any faction, whereas most fantasy games are more tightly segregated.

PoP is a low fantasy setting.
I know that the WHFB mod isn't too great. A Dark Elf recruiting High Elves? MADNESS I SAY!

Yeah, I was watching a Let's Play on youtube where the guy was a Goblin and he could have recruited Joseph Bugman to work for him. And his army had loads of Tomb Kings skeletons in it, as well as a random Skink.
In Mount and Blade it works okay because the factions don't really hate each other, but most fantasy settings aren't set up that way.

Something like This War of Mine, but first/third person, controlling only a single survivor (though you could still have "housemates" as it were). Actually, just more games, period, where you play a civilian in a warzone.

Dark Siders 3 will never come out due to problems with Relic being low on funds and THQ not existing.

Oh, I thought this was 'Games I wished existed', not 'Games that will definitely come out someday'. My mistake.
Anyway, rumor had it they were considering Kickstarter to finish it. I don't know that it would be successful, but there is a tiny glimmer of hope, maybe.

I do hope so. Really great games series and the open ending after 2 stills burns my very soul. Preferred 1, though, didn't like Death's faster combat style.

It is. But Dark Siders 3 is within the realm of possibility

So was War more deliberate in the first game? I'm considering picking it up after the fun I'm having in 2, but if dodging works the same but War is slower, it may be an exercise in frustration.

I had some good times in that game back in my "I will play the free demo of every MMO in the world" days during middle school. Got a blaster that i didn't know how to play, and racked up about half an experience wheel in debt. Then i played the brawler (whatever it was called) and soloed everything I came across easily until I hit the max level cap for the demo. Something seems wrong about that...

I'm still waiting for a awesome Magic: the Gathering RPG, sort of Elder Scrolls esque, but allowing us to play out epic story lines, or a completely unique one. Being able to Planeswalk to various iconic locations, summon creatures, cast epic spells, etc. *Sigh* I'd lurve dat.

A Black Crusade RPG styled like a fusion between KOTOR and Mordheim's mechanics. Open world and open ended with solid free-form and mod support coupled with a solid story, and maybe even a nemesis system like in Shadow of Mordor. Now for stuff that isn't even physically possible? My other dream would be a Star Wars MMO with thousands of players on a single map taking part in a galactic campaign. Player controlled fleets launching strikes into enemy space in various eras (The Old Republic, Clone Wars, and the Galactic Civil War) with maps spanning an entire continent with simultaneous space combat with gigantic Star Destroyers, Banking Clan ships, etc, all to scale with the player models, making them each the size of a small town or city. Players launching raids on the enemy surface via desperate gunship strikes trying to bypass enemy fighters, etc. Automatically Appended Next Post: Ashiraya wrote:Space Marine, except a MMO. Yes, I know, Eternal Crusade, but I don't have high hopes for that game. Just make a Horus Heresy version of Planetside 2. With only two factions, you wouldn't have to worry about balancing issues. Either that or what Dark Millennium was going to be, which looked like a 40K version of WOW. Automatically Appended Next Post: Oh, and another idea that some other people may like.
Remake Marathon with the old depth and story, only with modern day graphics. But keep the old music.

I would like a Star Wars game where one gets to play as an Mandalorian bounty hunter, with ones own crew and such. Somewhat simmilar to Shadowrun returns but with better controls, more attention to sound effecst/ game music and a better story, also better grapics would be nice.
And no The Old republic dose not count

Yeah, Zaku 2 and GMs, please. At most you could work your way up to customized variants, maybe even customize it yourself.
But the challenge is being skilled, rather than just having a superubermegagundamofdoom.
