Huh, so there's an anime thread and I just noticed...
Anyway, after reading Monster, I finally got around to watching it and ERMAGAWD!!!!!
T'was a bad idea to watch the first episode during the school week, I got hooked and immediately watched it all... I need sleep, but I need good grades...

Assassin ninja nurses would have been better with a smaller cup size, and if the main character didn't just look like a soulless prick...
I read the description for that, and in addition to listing ecchi as a genre it specifically called out the large busted nurses in the plot and I was just out.
I'm interested in this one. Was the first episode fun, at least? I already have a serious anime, a soul-crushing anime and soon enough Knights of Sidonia and Ninja Slayer. I need to find one "junk food"-anime and this was the likely candidate
Gonna put 2 spoilers, first one will be generic, the second will be plot specific.

the anime is a giant medical metaphor. The society "Black Label" is an assassin organization that kills people based on how they might harm society. The ladies are ranked on bust size, the MC is 3edgy5me and a bit if a prick, but assassins and motorcycles drew me in. Give some personality and I might stick around.

the MC was.caught in a terrorist attack 9 years ago, he was injured saving his best friend but the explosion knocked him into his friend and knocked him down, giving him a traumatic brain injury and making him brain dead. The leader of Black Label is the best friend's father and a surgeon. He takes pieces of his dead son and sews them up into the MC saving his life. This affects the MC because the dead kid appears in some of the scenes. Black Label attacks a few places, breaking in via motorcycle and kill some criminals that are given the label color of black and are to be excised from society because they are a tumor. The MC has some obsession with the human conscious and it almost backfires against the first target (gives the target a gun with 1 bullet to end his life himself) the girls have more personality than this soulless feth but are hampered by their back problems. MC and main female are high school students that apparently have been saved by this doctor so they work for the assassin organization. Overall it seems like this show is going to be big boobs and this soulless MC.

I slept once, it was awful. Binging anime is way more productive.
In other news I actually liked Triage X. It's a different kind of junk food then say Infinite Stratos, but it's enjoyable to turn your brain off and watch the jiggle physics and gun play for a little bit. I'm hoping MC becomes less of a feth as time goes on, there's some stuff when he's not working that seems to suggest he's not a complete ponce.

I just got myself some nice juicy Skitarii (mmhh mhhhh! Cyborg-Ninjas) and I want to add them to my army with a Kill la Kill theme too, so I've thought "Nudist Beach":
- Cybernetic parts: metal (dark steel and gold for details)
- Robes and armor plates: black
- Visors and weapon energy: purple to symbolize the Nudist Beach's purple censor stars of awesome.
But I have absolutely no idea what color to use for the very few pieces of cloth they have or the inside of the robes. I was considering Red for that Dark Mechanicus feel but I could use some sugestions

I'd say red. Unless, you went with a deep blue to match Senketsu.
Also, I think Denpa Kyoushi is going to be the first series to get the axe this season. Really depends on how I feel about Triage X episode 2, and Denpa Kyoushi episode 3.

Very well, I was leaning to Red myself, I think I'll paint a single ranger first to test it and then I'll see what happens from there.

I gave Triage X a try. And yep, I enjoyed what I saw.
It started like it should, with breasts bouncing and a nurse with a freakin' oni mask using a heavy machine gun and an assault rifle. Can't say no to a start like that. This is the goofy "junk food" I wanted, and because it seems every woman has breasts bigger than my head, WOOT! BONUS!
It really annoys me how they insist to censor a show like this. This probably airs at 1-2am and yet they insist on censoring all nudity. Damn it Japan

I haven't seen much of it except for OVA's but high school dxd is a good anime for big full and uncensored breasts. It is quite pervy which is a mixture of good and bad. You know the anime is pervy when the ending has the main female character dancing on a stripper pole and in the opening it has like the main female characters naked with their boobs showing. Yeah....or at least that's what i've gathered from some clips on youtube.
Another good show for big uncensored boobs is Freezing. I honestly think they chewed out more of the story in the show and made things as pervy as they could even if it deviated from the manga's story.

It had explosions, boobs, and demon wings, three of my favorite things.
Knights of Sidonia s2e1, aka What The Frick Frak Is Going On?! Seriously, how much are they going to try cramming into this season if it keeps at this pace? They kept jumping from scene to scene with major things happening with little to no explanation.

I don't think that Plastic Memories is going to be the feels punch that I thought it was. Maybe it's because I'm not binge watching it like some of the other feels trains I was on, but I think I'll come out of it a little sad, but pleased.

High School DxD, while providing solid fan service was boiler plate and boring in the extreme, without offering any form of freshness to the genre or concept like Testament did. Personally I'd rather watch Rosario again.

I've not watched much anime recently - I normally use animeget.com, but recently it hasn't been working for me, I think because my antivirus software hates it. I tried crunchyroll, but that's just a 14 day trial, isn't it? Anyone got a free site (preferably one that I don't need to sign up for)?
I was planning to watch Black lagoon again, and I might re-watch D-frag again, if the mood takes me
So, I finished up Canaan (awesome as always, seriously, if you haven't already watched it, do so), and I've started on Last Exile in my usual bought of re-watching my favorite shows. I also managed to break my laptop's screen, but I have it plugged in to my dorm's TV, which is actually kind of awesome.
Also, crunchyroll is free with commercials (which can be dealt with) for all but the most recent episode. Essentially it just puts you a week behind. That's what I tend to use. Just think about it like hulu vs Netflix.

I don't really know why, but the whole idea of the son going through the learning process to defeat his father seems insanely comical to me when it comes to cooking. I also really love their relationship, each has a most disgusting dish as well, comparing and trying to beat each other at making something horrible. I can't wait to watch more episodes of this show.

I kinda feel like they do that on purpose in that show. It makes me wanna know more about what's going on as well as drawing out my own conclusions (which are often wrong) and just generally keeping me hooked in. I like their concept overall and I do sorta feel like keeping the viewers in the dark about alot of the broader universe leaves them with a ton of room to expand, so I hope they do so soon.
