Started watching Overlord since you're all gabbing about it. Seems pretty good. I'm not freaking out or anything, but it's been fairly entertaining. I'll probably back off for awhile until the season is done (or close) as I hate watching things an episode at a time... but it's got a lot of promise. MMO references, high fantasy setting (anime+high fantasy can end up really good, look at lodus war/slayers/bunches of others), and interesting characters so far.

I have a bad feeling about the next episode. It looks like they are going to have those 10 or so SDF soldiers fight off 600 bandits single handedly.
I hope they just have reinforcements from Arnus.

Oh yeah, a single attack helicopter would decimate them. It has not only enough high-caliber ammo, but explosives as well.
And the bandits can't even return fire

Ya know, I laughed at this week's Shimoneta's warning about shocking scenes. I didn't laugh for long. Those cookies actually managed to shock me, that has to be the first time I see such a thing.

Since I'm from Europe I don't mind the President being a jerk and am fully enjoying this anime.
I'm looking at a bunch of shows being shown by Funimation. Gangsta looks decent but something tells me it'll be depressing as ****. Then there was another show by several different people called chaos dragon that sounded pretty awesome.

So far Gangsta hasn't been all that depressing. Then again, I don't mind depressing shows.
