People have been stating that they got access to the pledge manager even without getting any email.

Personally, I was unable to login, complained in the chat service they had, and they said it'll be fixed by tomorrow. Rather annoying that they're shipping first-come-first-served and people are still running into these problems.

well....I can access the pledge manager....my store credit is only...about a 10th of what I pledged for....that's annoying.

Pledge manager worked for me, so I'm all locked in.

Forgot that the heroines were going to be available in metal, so that was a nice surprise.

Same for me. I think the angel wings for the not-seraphims messed up my previous plan but even without I didn't hit my planned budget .

I got my selection all squared away last night. Didn't get that giant Totally-Not-Slaanesh-Keeper-of-Secrets model, even though I really wanted it. I pledged at the Lt. level, so getting her was half of my money, right there. I picked up harpies (for my Beastmen army) and some Lust Elves and a few Sisters models. I mostly went for troops, since the freebie reward is a sackfull of hero models. I also picked up that nice lady riding a manticore. I know it wasn't part of the Kickstarter, but they offered her to me at a discount, so I couldn't say no.


And now begins the long wait. By the time they arrive, I'll probably have forgotten they are coming to me.

It's been waaaay too long for me to remember what I wanted... I think I wanted some "Cav" for my Kings of War Varangur ... I think..

I too have no idea what I was originally looking for. Other than a replacement for the terrible GW Sister Dialogus figure.

This happened to me during TGG1 as well. I originally liked the Iron Empire, what I actually pledged for and received was Kurganovas, and by the time I got them I wanted (and could have used) Jailbirds.

Ended up getting almost 100 models for my KoW project, mostly lots of troops.
The password reset trick worked perfectly.

What a cluster-gak... I upped my pledge during the open-period post KS by hundreds of dollars.... Somehow doing so confused them and they have linked my original KS pledge of $15 and my shipping fee to my KS email address, and the bulk of my funds to my wife's Paypal which wasn't given access to the KS.

So much for trying to enjoy the first-come-first-serve... and getting my pledge locked in smoothly.

Blegh... not the best handled Pledge-Manager and shipping payment method... in fact, maybe the worst.

If you go over the amount of credit they have they just bill you for the extra. I had to pay like an extra $7 for my selection - easily done, no big deal.

As I predicted, I pledged under my old email, and even though I contacted them during TGG1 to change the email, the new isn't in their computers. So I don't have access to the PM. Nice.

A tremendous amount of problems seem to be due to email mismatch.

My KS is on my "casual" email address while my PayPal is on my "professional" email address. Took them two days to match them up properly. On the bright side, everything was resolved via live chat; remember that they seem to work on French time and only operate on morning/afternoon NA time.

I got nothing. If you were a TGG1 backer that might be it. Or if you used PayPal after the KS campaign for something.

I dunno otherwise. I'm not too excited about having to put an additional $25 into this, especially putting an extra $15 during the KS to help cover shipping.

So, after ordering my not-Sisters - does anyone have a suggestion as to where I could find some kind of flamethrower - either lighter or heavier than the one from the KS - to kit my troops out with Heavy Flamer/Flamer?

I was finally able to reset my password. I was lacking a whole 3$ to add a single heroine (it was that or give them 7$ for nothing).

And with the postal workers strike/lock out impending, at least it'll leave France before the 14th of July.
