I was saddened to find out only my freebies are shipping.

I guess I ordered to much of the good stuff to have at once!

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!

The mold release is serious business. The minis all feel like they've been coated in oil - they're shiny and slippery to the touch. The included instructions say to leave them out for a few days for it to evaporate, and then gives some fairly detailed step-by-step instructions on how to clean them.

Overall they seem pretty good. The resin feels a bit more flexible than the TGG1 minis I got, so that should hopefully reduce the brittleness. Detail is crisp and pretty tightly packed in there. The mold lines seem fairly minimal, but there is a lot of flash on the frames.

Haven't assembled any yet - wanna wait a few days until i've got them cleaned up before I do any of that.

So many games, so little time.

So many models, even less time.

If you don't have luck with the evaporation thing, you might try Simple Green in a sonic cleaner. Or even just water with some dish detergent in the cleaner if it is deep enough not to foam out. Depending on what type of release they are using that should really do the trick, especially if it is basically aerosolized petroleum jelly, which I find does not evaporate faster than my patience holds out

Thats more or less what the instructions say to do... after letting it evaporate for up to a week.

Yup mine have arrived and that's some pretty serious mould release compared to what I had from TTG1

but the casts are good quality and really detailed (which I guess is the reason for the mould release?)

Once you evaporate and wash them I'd recommend NOT sticking them back in the bags they came in (unless you wash them well too) as there's bound to be more of the mould release left in the bags

Wow, that's some crazy stuff. My she-wolves were pretty greasy, but nothing like that. Good luck?

Wow...

I just received a shipping notification. After instructing them to specifically wait until everything was ready to ship only once.

I'm getting 1 mini. One of the freebies. That is insanely inefficient use of funds.

Why did you request them only to be sent in one package? Didn't you pay the same shipping as everyone else (i.e. for 2 shipments)?

Does seem mad to send only 1 mini though. I can kind of see why it would happen if they're so busy and just clearing as much as they can. However, their decision making and shipping system does seem to be a little sub-optimal...

I got a customer services reply today about the damaged mini I had delivered. The message was apologetic for the delay in replying and said they are working through the backlog of pledge manager issues. No problem for me, with the amount of spare time I get and the rate I paint miniatures it will be a year before I am ready for the next batch!

My secret fortress at the base of the volcano!

Mine arrived last week, well some of mine anyway. Just the freebies, my extra bases, and the lady riding the manticore. I don't have the space to let all the models air out for a week, so I'm going to be cleaning them in batches. The mold release stuff is super-greasy. I've washed one set twice, and they are still fairly slippery to the touch!

God they're a nightmare to clean up and assemble. Amazingly gorgeous though. But I've never done so much pinning. It's not strictly necessary in all cases, but so many of the contact points are so tiny that I feel the need to strengthen them.

And I just noticed one of the Stingrays was packed with the wrong rider.

Welp, guess we'll get to see what their mispack policies are like.

I'm surprised no one mentionned the "What's Next" card in this thread.

So, to resume, for those curious:
Many projects, no known order in which they'll tackle them.

TGG Game (Yes, they resurrected that one) Hopefully this means "proxies for your armies" is not here to stay. Well on its way if we believe their hype.

Boardgames. Whuh? They mention those are being tested.

New minis. I think this was a given. But, eh.

Gaming Tables. Now that last one can mean either terrain (please let it be terrain), or actual tables. As in they decided to open a woodworking shop next door and are going neo-luddite.

It will be interesting to see who will be writing the rules. Will they do it their selves, or will they recruit people with experience in that line of work.

As for more new minis, as long as there is also an option for metals, I'm all game. I am not a fan of the resin they use and the reports from recipients of the second KS talking about how the resin needs to be aired out for a considerable time does not bode well.

I've had several smaller pieces from the first KS air out for well over a week, but they are still greasy to the touch, even after scrubbing them twice now!

Hope its ok to post but I missed the kickstarter and want to commission a larger sisters army by Loler who has done many other commissions for me. I consider him one of the top painters in the world. Here is a link to his work on CMON http://www.coolminiornot.com/artist/loler?browseid=16207247

I say all of this because I would like to either purchase someones Pledge so that I can get as many of the sisters of eternal mercy for my commission or pre purchase them from someone (or multiple someones) so that when they receive theirs (or extra's) they can send them my way

Also know that you will be contributing to a BEAUTIFUL army painted by Adam (aka Loler).

Here are the exact models I am looking for and the number of each set. I am willing to pay a good premium just email me and let me know what you have on my list and what you would like to sell them for. Im a very motivated buyer so I am sure we can work something out.

• 1x Templar Ela Seraqui, Demon Slayer
• 1x Ascended Sister Erzebel Great Seraphim
• 2x 5 Sisters regular Troopers
• 1x 5 Sisters Command group
• 2x 5 Davidians Troopers
• 1x 5 Davidians Command Group
• 2x 5 Icariates Troopers
• 1x 5 Icariates command group
• 2x Daughters of the crucible troopers
• 1x Daughters of the cruicible command group
• 1x 5 Blade Maidens Command Group
• 2x Sisters of Eternal Mercy, War Pulpit
• 1x Sister Reyallia, Sanctifier of the first legion

Also I know they are starting to mail out the freebies and such... does anyone know when they will schedule the release for the others? 3 months... 6 months etc...?

I am not impressed with their resin either. It suffers from the tiny bubble problem that spin cast resin often has. I sent them pictures of my she-wolves and RH heroes promised to get me replacements to their credit. However, apparently their second order of she-wolves came in with the same issues, so they are waiting for a third restock I guess. I say I guess, because I stopped hearing back from them a number of weeks (months?) back, presumably due to the latest KS shipping.

I love the models, except for the material flaws. Hopefully that gets sorted and I can get some nice wolves built and painted!

Well, my one single model I got was perfect. Not greasy at all, just a bent sword. But at my age, what do you expect?

I mean... eerrr...

Any sign of the digital artbook from the first campaign?

As long as the last models from the first KS are not on sale yet, no digital art book. We're still missing.. a lot? The general gist is to include the painted models and their box art as well, which was happening at a piecemeal rate before, but seems to have ground to a halt a few months ago.

Gah. I noticed one of my freebie ladies had no leg cast. Wasn't in the bag, the box, or on the model. One I was looking forward to painting too.

Any suggestions on the best way to contact RH despite it taking months for them to likely get back to me?

I've never had a problem with them getting back to me. I emailed them for TGG1 when there were a couple of miscasts in my lot and they sent out replacements immediately.

Initially I emailed contact@ragingheroes.com , and they got back to me in 2 days from this address ragingheroesteam@gmail.com .

Granted, I haven't heard from them since... May 23. I might have to fire another shot their way (their initial reply email got caught in Google's spam filter, so watch for that.)

Yeah, I want my art book, I basically pledged the Connoiseur level just for that. If I could remember what form of payment I used to purchase it I'd probably try a chargeback or whatever.

As for TGG2, I got about half my stuff, still waiting on the other half, tempted to add an avatar and spider-elf thing to my order

Took a couple of weeks, but Raging Heroes got back to me and are sending me the correct rider model along with the wave 2 shipment. Not super ideal but far friendlier than the mispack terms and conditions they list on their website thats for sure.

I'm not sure if this came up a while ago, but is there a way to still contribute, or are we SOL until Raging Heroes releases the models in their online store?

@Mathieu Raymond, Yes I received my pledge from TGG1, the hand poured resin minis. Still sitting in the box. I haven't received the promised art book however (which was the reason I pledged connoiseur, granted I really only did care for the "heroine" minis.

I would have pledged connoiseur for TGG2 as well, but I wasn't a fan of their "vignette" proposal. Dunno why they couldn't just sell me fething heroines with an art book again.
