If that was a BBQ joke, it's pretty tasteless considering that many of the people who burned to death were children and pregnant women.
No, it was a toasting marshmallows joke, and I think it's been pretty firmly established that time + tragedy = comedy.
That was one of those PC things that I hear is so bad from the right side despite being perpetually offended.

PC as in Bruce Jenner being heroic for slapping on a new set of cans? Or PC as in burning American children alive? Because equating the two, as you seem to want to do, is shockingly ridiculous.

Some people deal with horror differently than others. For example, when Mel Brooks makes holocaust jokes no one bats an eye.

You don't see a problem with police carrying more military gear than soldiers in active war zones? Seriously?
No, no - when someone reads an article about a swat team raiding a location over a reported 2 ounces of marijuana (about $400 worth) and it turning out to be an organic tomato farm, while dressed up as Rambo, and their comment is "why shouldn't the police take their jobs seriously" - don't dignify that with a response. Just treat it like a stranger on the subway who pooped his pants and doesn't seem to have noticed it. You can't help him.
You seem to have trouble understanding context, as considering the content of the thread and the image that was posted just above I was simply referring to the use of specific gear by the police officers, eg. camo and AR's.

Sheesh... 2 oz of MJ here is, like, half that price... and you won't get raided by the cops.
