There's the Lord Commander of the Segmentum Solar, or the Lord Commander Militant of the Imperial Guard, but no Lord General. Pavus was a Lord General, both being a Lord and in command of a standing Imperial army.

Oh, I've got that too. I just pick up fluff for practically every faction, and it just sticks. Besides, Ultras were my first army anyhow, Space Marines are probably the one I know best

So I received the 3rd edition Guard codex today, and I've been flipping through it for some inspiration for my Guard army and it's given me some ideas regarding my Guard army in this Crusade

I just realized that at top speed, a Valkyrie goes 305m a second. That's pretty fethed tbh, cause in Space Engineers(One of my fav games), the top speed is 104m/s, and even then, that's pretty fething fast.

Guess I'm going to have to rethink my entire piece...

So I have a question for you guys. Would anyone care overly much if I did a bit of a retcon for my Guard and made them a primarily infantry based regiment (with some Sentinel support) and maybe changed the commander? I've used Taylor more than once already

Also: A few steps to having fun in Space Engineers:

1: Obtain a mod that takes the limit off of the top speed.

2: Build a large ship and fill it full of gravity generators that all point forwards, and artificial mass blocks.

3: Turn them all on.

4: Crash the game.

5: Profit!

feth yes mate. I got the limiter set at 800m/s for small ships, and 400m/s for big ones. But I was talking about the vanilla game, because my computer usually gaks itself when fast ship meets asteroid, and 800m/s means that that happens often, cause I usually don't have any side thrusters because I am dumb.

I also enjoy ramming ships. So, I am basically Kharne.

I used to ramp up the max speed, but then I kept running into my own missiles, so that wasn't fun

I have at least three ships designed just to ram things.

I think there's a little Kharne in all of us. Just waiting to ram really big things with slightly less big things.

Gorgrim did a good Kharne maneuver to start the crusade. He rammed an entire chunk of the space hulk into the moon.

By, I enjoy ramming ships, I mean I made a troop transport that rams a ship, then inserts a 9x9 cube of warheads, then injects a payload of hunter drones after the explosion goes off.

fething brilliant when it works, but it uses rotors and pistons, so you know what happens.

True that... Not many things, other than orks and apparently nids, can crash a space ship into a moon and walk out going "Just as planned"
