Just curious as to how big people's collections are. I have a little over 9000, split between two armies of roughly equal points cost - both set to grow...

I'm every bit as much a collector as I am a gamer so when I start an army, it gets big fast!

So how much stuff ya got?

Probably over 30K points worth of stuff? Got 11k in IG, 7-8 on CSMs, 4-5K in Eldar, 2K in GK's, ~1.5K in Sisters, probably 2k of random loyalist SM stuff, maybe 3K, 2250 of Tau, probaly a similar number for Tyranids, and a random smattering of other stuff.

32k in Marines alone. About 1.5 in sisters. And a negligible inquisition force.

I am a little shy of 10k of Ultramarines
My Eldar army is a bit over 2k
I’ve got about 2k worth of stuff primed, waiting for paint.
Maybe 2-300 still on sprue.

I’ve got some dust covered IG and BA, maybe another 1,000 points, but that’s really just a guess. Haven’t played them since 2nd-ish, and the last rules I have for them is 3rd edition.

Last I checked, I've got well over 20k worth of orks. Decent amount of it painted, too, around 80%.

I lost count at this point.

Last estimate was approx. 20k of troops and war machines (not including "Super Weapons", custom giant war machines including an Ordinatus Majoris, Atomic Artillery, and War Zepplien)

maybe 25 or 30k? Perhaps more.

The additions of Skitarii, Cult Mechanicus, and a group of Death Korp for more meat for the grinder bumped up the number.

99% are painted. A handful of skitarii infantry wait to be completely painted. A few finished tanks are not based. The new Death Korp are not painted (at least not in my colors).

so, 22,500 points total? And to think, I'm still growing TS, SA, and will be starting mechanicum soon :(

well, from a 30k standpoints, ~17,000 marines looks like 70 terminators, 150 marines, 10 dreadnoughts, a primarch, and some misc stuff

Actually, just thought of something - is it common practice to list your army points as it would be with all upgrades, etc. or barebones?

My IG are just 12,000 points (fully painted), although I haven't pulled them all out in a couple of years.

My 30k EC are just about 2500 painted, I don't know how much my grey knights are now, but they were about 2000 points in 5th edition.

Only Orks and Khorne can actually make a viable army though, my eldar are from when I started in 2001 and didn't know how to build an army, it's got no psykers or vehicles.
The rest are just models I liked or got a deal on.

I think I had roughly around 3k-4k of Tyranids alone (although that amount has went down with some point cuts here and there) so I'm definitely over the 5k mark, since I have over 3k of chaos space marines as well (possibly 5k of them).

Rest of which I never bothered to count, but I have anywhere from 500 points to 2000 points of nearly every single army (besides SoBs)

Before I traded them, I could field about 20k in Grey Knights/Inquisition.

Right now I can probably do about 3k in eldar.(I just started them this month and bought almost everything brand new)

CSM/Daemons......I....I don't know....I can't even begin to imagine trying to calculate the amount of points I have lol.

After thinking about these numbers, and how many of these models still need painted, I became very sad.

I have not included all of the still on sprue Horus Heresy miniatures that I have that I will probably get around too at some point...

I currently play: Dark Angels, Imperial Guard, Sisters, Grey knights, Space Wolves, Imperial Knights, Eldar, Dark Eldar, Chaos Marines, Chaos Deamons, Orks, Tau, Tyranids, and I have a few others.

Honestly, I have at least 3,500 in each army. The Imperial Guard on is almost 12,000 points.

This is also not including several superheavies (must have at least one for each race). Let's just put it this way, when you stopped counting your titans at 30, you know you have an obsession.

I have five armies, each in the 2000 to 3000 point range. But no more than 3000 in any one army (orks being the biggest) and that is without having bought any of the highest pointed models. The most expensive point wise model I have is a Land Raider Crusader and Logan Grimnar at 250 points, the next a Daemon Prince at 183.
