I think if Fallen Realms pops up, I will have to get it - I'm badly tempted by Kingdoms of Men as it is, but Isengard is my biggest force, followed by harad/easterlings... ah, my poor, poor bank account!

Don't know about on your side of the Atlantic but over hear the 40K and Sigmar stuff tends to go up about 10am, coinciding with when the stores open. I would assume anything else to go up on the site would do so at the same time.

Well, I don't know about Canada, but in the US most game stores, or places like Frontline do have 10% off, even Specialist Web only items from GW. It can offset a little of that price.

That said I do try to order my SBG stuff from GW directly as I want them to see that there are indeed still buyers. :-p

Thats interesting. It's not on the UK version, we only have Moria and Angmar, Realms of Men and Mordor.

For what its worth, it has been "Temporarily Out of Stock" for months. :-p

I know wisdom tells me to wait for it to come back in print to order my Harad/Mahud stuff, but I worry more of the items I need will fall into being out-of-stock in the interim.

It was the only LOTR book on the site for a while even though it said out of stock.

I hate to be a negative here, but is GW on purpose making low production so it will look like it's being sold up. GW doing artificial hype again?

Then again, I guess going by The Hobbit sales, this could be exactly how much they make because of how bad The Hobbit was received. So instead of learning from their mistakes, they just make artificial demand for the product again?

They probably just assumed that the demand would be low. Or just a test run before ramping up the production and then never selling anything.
No artificial hype because they didn't even have them advertised really at all. Imo

Well, I think it was said that there would be a small run for Warhammer Fest a couple weeks ago and it would be up to a couple months before we see the sourcebooks return fully. I wouldn't be surprised if what we saw last week was just left over stock from WF before the full print is available for general sale.

Oh haha well I'm optimistic! I busted out all my lord of the rings stuff and was painting Lurtz with bow last night!
Made a 500 point isengard list cant wait to play!

I'm crunching through some Men of Gondor at the moment, then it'll be finishing off a bunch of Uruks... then Harad, Rohan, Elves...
Put it this way, I think I'll be kept busy for the forseeable future, painting up my old LOTR to standard, and I couldn't be happier about it, whatever GW ends up doing!

GW Dublin says they're getting a laketown board and the models will be back in stores.

Fallen Realms book is back up, though it's not appearing under "new releases".

Good spot, added to the OP. Even if it didn't go out of print permanently before, still good to see it back and available.

It will take a few weeks to be shipped here and processed by the north American warehouse to be added to the site for sale. If anything gw is pretty damn spot on with their inventory counts and electronic sales

Fallen Realms has gone again, I guess it was re-added by mistake and will come up as a "new release" in due course.

^Not a surprise but rather unfortunate. Ordered the Fallen Realms and Free Peoples sourcebooks though.

Well, it is a plastic kit, and they did put it back into production, so I expect we'll see more of them.
