OMG - plastic artillery! Never thought I'd see the day. Hope they re-do the rest of them soon-ish.

And love that Eye of Truth - finally a non-dorky looking Menoth jack. (Contrast it to the new hard plastic kit :/ )

some great looking models in this preview!!!

Madrak looks great, as does the Tharn Wolfrider Champ, and the Storm Raptor...
i want to like Feora, but i'm not feeling it yet...

PP metal and resin is nice...
hard plastic, too...
PVC is a no-go, for me, though...

thanks for sharing...

Kallus2 looks REALLY "World of Warcraft" to me, for some reason.

It's good to see PP finally bringing out colossals in hard plastic - the Storm Raptor and the Desert Hydra look incredible.

Any idea on what they'll charge for the Storm Raptor (the bird)?

previous hard plastic colossals/gargantuan warbeasts have been $110 US so I'd think somewhere around that

*flails for a bit then calms down*

Can someone update me, is 'hard plastic' the horrible old quasi-plastic material (I think we call restic)? I recently struggled through a Blindwalker and was reminded why I stopped buying PP things

hard plastic usually refers to HIPS (GW, Mali, KD), though it might be something else, never seen a PP "hard plastic" model in the flesh

Thank you both for the explanation and reference. I am once again excited, if somewhat tentatively.

The storm raptor and desert hydra are both great looking mini's. If the price is right I might pick them up just to paint.

it's the quiet ones you have to look out for. Their the ones that change the world, the loud ones just take the credit for it.

Ouch!
That's far above what I was prepared to give. Was thinking of using it as a monster on 50x50mm base but considering that price, I assume it's far bigger anyway.
I guess the terms "colossal" and "gargantuan" should have tipped me off

Aaaand they beat GW in pricing

I am very interested to see "Una the caster" model! Would be cool to have a griffon themed army. Might be the reason to switch to 3d ed. (haven`t played enough of 2nd yet)

I might look like a party pooper, but none of the models in the first post excite me.. Some look very generic and bland, even clunky. Kallus is one of the worst, IMHO! look at those paws

Tharn Wolf Rider Champion i like a moderate amount

Make sure you guys buy A LOT of green stuff along with the hydra. Judging by the photos of parts this monster will require a lot.

Are they going with post-Brexit currency exchanges, or will the USD prices be closer to $160?

Hard plastic is wonderful, and the sculpts are inspiring, but even 25% off can't save $160 level pricing for me.

The thumper is going to plastic? That's interesting. Hoping there's some new stuff tucked away in the Trollbloods book that hasn't been shown off yet.

I like the new Kallus. I'll get one. I still wish the original version looked as imposing as the artwork did.

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!

Completely agree with you on that. One area that PP has a lot of ground to catch up on GW is how a lot of the kits assemble. The join sections are just too noticeable and need a serious amount of work with green stuff to make them disappear...

Maybe its because I'm a Fantasy player, but it reminds me of these much more than Warcraft.

Shaggoth looks SO MUCH better, IMHO. PP style of minis does have some resemblence of WoW: massive oversized weapons and armour plates, "bulky" human proportions.
