I think this will be the shortest time between hint and reveal yet.

I'm looking forward to these - if that snippet is owt to go by, then much like the Sylvaneth, they won't wind up a million miles away from their predecessors on the World That Was.

The two limb design does have a Slaaneshi vibe to it. A winged Steed would most likely look like that.

Abbaddon's back-scracther/toilet paper (he uses one tool for both). Millenia inside that armor is murder on the skin, and that Talon doesn't make a great body tool, he learned after the first time.

Yeah, but so would any number of the "Spites" that are in the Sylvaneth/Wood Elf kits when painted dark grey.

Honestly, it looks more like some of the designs for "Evil Fairies" that got done for the Dark Elf zones in Warhammer Online than it does anything Slaaneshi.

Shadowkin.

We've known their name since the launch of Age of Sigmar. They get namedropped in Fyreslayers as well, with one of the Lodges having been influenced by their style of fighting(hit and fade).

It is possible their names have changed since then.

Red Slayers to Fyreslayers.
Steamhead to Kharadron Overlords.

Aren't those their codenames? Much like MTG's blocks have crazy names until their reveal? E.g: Innistrad's block was named Shake - Rattle - Roll while in development.

They were listed in the original Primer as such. It's possible Shadowkin has changed as well.

Neat. I would say I seen this coming, but I totally read hastings stuff like a month or two ago. So if anyone who read that didn't see this coming then... lol. So obvious.

Now what I want to know is. Are they going to be a flying raider race. The opposition in the skies to the Kharadron's? Exciting times for AoS.

I sincerely doubt that.

Shadowkin have had multiple mentions since the main rulebook; Red Slayers and Steamhead didn't appear aside from one or two snippets.

Then they'll introduce a new ruleset for air battles. A supplement that would be what Skyes of Death wished tp be.

Shadow Elves for sure, maybe the Cthulhu styled ones. Still hate that they call them Aelfs now, like really...add an A at the beginning and wow, not only does it look stupid when typed out but how do you even pronounce it anyways!

Pronounced the same way as "Elves".

Elfs. Same as the thing with Ogors, it sounds about the same as the original pronunciation. It doesn't take a genius either.

A motherf-- winged snake on a motherf-- Kharadron airship.

This will be a Druchii release, or maybe a Vampire release.

And that's bloody awesome.

Okay, enough jokes.

I still can't believe people dislike "Aelves" word and accuse it as stupid.

You know that "Æ" is an actual character and that was used for nordic people, who also happenend to be the "creators" of the word, right?

At least one of the 40k Nurgle marines has chainmail and some round pieces on their armour which look like this, so I think it might be part of that release.

I will support you, and also say that Æ is the coolest character out there, only beaten by ⌬ and ⎃. Maybe ⎉.
So I support the use of Æ wherever possible. For my future dwarves, I hereby declare it's not aether, it's æther.

Yup I had to point that out to other people around the various forums as well and you pronounce it the same as elf anyway.
