Not very knowledgeable about recent eldar lore, could it be the striking scorpion phoenix lord that turned good again?

Somewhat, but not necessarily so, as in the book there are wyches present in the scene the photo is depicting.
Here's my two pence. In the book there are 4 Eldar (Aeldari) characters present. Eldrad, for whom a model exists, the female in robes, the crimson warrior, and Veilwalker. Therefore I would think that the robed female would be a Craftworld character with the Gyrinx, Veilwalker is a shadowseer so we know she is a Harlequin, and so the crimson warrior is probably a DE character.
Now that would be 2 fewer models than the Imperium box, and a lot less plastic when you figure in the size of Cawl and Celestine, so there may be some credence to Vect rumours, but I don't personally think he is one of these characters. I would have thought his entrance would be more dramatic than a mute and anonymous appearance at the end of a book.

Did it specifically say everybody gets models? Or is it more like what they did with FB where everybody technically got something out of ET. Just not models(including popular ranges like high elves)

As I suspected. So could be just something simple as new artifact/warlord chart or scenario involving certain faction because it's involved with one of the books. Just like it was in FB side then.

Why? Does it take more suffering for Dark Eldar to live the longer they live or something?

4 will be released to complete the "clock" on the box. Imperium, Chaos, Eldar annnnnnd I don't know destruction? Oops I mean not AoS.
More assumption.
It jibes a bit more than you might think. Cawl is standing on a book that is volume IV of something.
And? Whats your point, there are still a lot of people making a lot of assumptions, the whole clock face thing is one of them.

Indeed it does. And Vect is one of, if not THE, oldest Dark Eldar. There may be some Haemonculi that are older, but no one knows for sure, not even those Haemonculi (cuz those dudes are insane in the membrane). It takes a lot, and I mean a LOT, of suffering to rejuvenate Vect. Which actually may be a good reason for him to get a model now, since there has been quite a bit of suffering and more to come. I think it is interesting that the 2 non-Veilwalker Eldar mentioned in the book cannot be pinned down as CWE or DE. Crismson warrior dude has been discussed, but the robed lady could also be either. Known contender Iyanna ( CWE) or Lady Malys ( DE). Either one, or even Veilwalker, could be the model with the Gyrinx. Truly exciting times for an Eldar fans -

I'm thining Veilwalker won't be in the box....actually taking to the field of battle seems counter to her behaviour to date, that of someone in the shadows pulling strings - so why risk such a far reaching web by making with the stabby on an upfront personal basis?

I could actually see this, especially if Yriel and Malys are 2 of the characters that get done. Both have ties to the Harlies, so there would be some representation there -

There isn't that much of a risk if the speculation that she's basically a Harlequin Dread Pirate Roberts is true, though.
Also, good luck actually killing her. The last two shadowseers we saw fighting in the fluff, Vespasi-Hann and Lhaerial Rey, were absolute fething monsters.

Because it would be funny what with her being a Harlequin after all.

She was actively supporting Craftworld Iyanden during Hive Fleet Kraken's invasion, leading the small Harlequin detachment that helped them. No doubt she was there waiting for Prince Yriel to return, but there was no way she could have gotten through that conflict without getting her Witch Staff dirty, especially with the way Shadow in the Warp screws with a Seers ability to predict the future.
If this is the major conflict she's been preparing for, I can easily see her taking a more active shooty/stabby role.

And the victim groans at the awful joke before dying, while Veilwalker laughs in hysteric satisfaction at her own terrible pun. That'd make her an excellent character and I want to see it.
Meanwhile, I just wanted to say this - yes, Celestine had a previous model, but it was hideous. If this guy really is Yriel, it's not because of his previous model being bad (it's fairly new and well detailed), but to show how he's changed his look as part of his story, sort of in the way that Warmachine updates its characters every now and then to reflect changes in their stories. GW doesn't really do this, it's true, but the Fall of Cadia is an unprecedented event.
