I'm mad at myself.. there was a way better picture of the primarch in my Twitter feed earlier but I didn't know what it was.. can't find it now :(

Ultimately.. I think from the angle I saw it at earlier it looks.. okay.. but from the angle in that White Dwarf it's terrible.. His head looks tiny and the proportions are ridiculous. He's got torches.. on his.. ankles.. I dunno.. The paintjob really is nice though..

I agree 100% that this is exactly the direction WHFB went.. bring in all the crazy big models and the super powerful stuff.. then "pop" goes the bubble.

THE STORY

Some Eldar refuse to abandon the glorious dream of building their ancient empire anew – or at least burning brightly before the end. The fact that there is an ulthwei war host detatchment makes me giddy that there might be a traitor leagions style book for the eldar craftworlds the same way thousand sons came in an expansion book and then got reprinted in traitor legions.

Going by this pic, it looks like the heamonculi really aren't going to play nice with the Ynnari. Almost thought they were part of the slaanesh force until I noticed the wracks facing them.

Ok nevermind, it's 4 new black guardian units, as the webstore has specific entries for blackguardian vypers, windriders and aspect warriors (they seem to be the same kits as the non black guardian equivalent).

On an other note, the Ynnead's net formation seems to finally give a way to run a triple eldar pure jetbike army!

With all the whining yup would think RG is on s MC size base. Of wait he's not looks like he's just chilling easily on a 40mm base while the FW model was overflowing on a scenic base that overflowed offf a 32mm base. Furthermore he fw version of RG is the most bland and saddest looking primarch of them all. You can literally paint it white and it would look like a low detailed statue. The new RG is in a new power armour that is all. The issue with certain details arming it of proportion has everything to do with how much closer that part was to the camera.

That's understandable. 40 pages is huge for a preview. I am sure it will hit the Internet eventually.

The Yncarne regains a wound for every Aeldari model killed within 7" on a 3+. That's an easy one to type out.

Ah. It doesn't show that. Just the individual rules from different formations, but it doesn't say which rules apply to which formations, if that makes sense.

- Psychic powers
- Formations
- Weaponry

These are not complete, warp charges missing etc

Warp Charges are in too. Look for "revenant" in the glossary. There are 3 WC1 powers (0-2), 3 WC2 (3-5) and 1 WC3 (6)
