I can only second all what you said.
Only - very minor - complain is that the mini is a bit too small when compared with GW minis.
But who says that a female Eldar Farseer has to be BIG?

Is that small as in bulk or height? The preview pics made her look too tall compared to GW minis for me.
How large is that Ork warboss? Is he Ghazkull sized? Dreadnought sized?

72mm to the top of the pole (whith rocky base). At the picture with "LEADERS" you can see their actual sizes in comparsion - and note, that Chapter Master is bigger than any other marine (see below):
