Ok, here is the news. First of all - THANK YOU VERY MUCH for all your support!!! That was so inspiring - all that wave of kind words... and orders. Many orders. MUCH MANY of orders. We`re underestimated you passion for this minis - again. So.... ALL ORDERS WILL BE DELIEVERD, NO MATTER WHAT. Cross my heart and I`ll be damned! But, it takes some time, so there will be some delays - it could take about month or even more to process all that minis.
Next - miniatures will be removed from the stores at midnight, Moscow time (GMT+3). Sad, but - that`s the life. To bitter this pill a bit we will giving away a dozen or two of our miniatures tomorrow We can`t sell it anymore - but we can give it for free! All followers of our FB page have a chance to win, so if you don`t "like" us yet - it`s about time.
And, finally, from Jay_from_W personally: If I was promising something to you - remind it to me at the NEXT WEEK please, I have a BIG PILE of work this days, and my mind is nothing, but a black hole now, so I can forget anything (what is my name, I said?). Literally.
Thanks for coming out with much wanted yet ignored minis in the first place. You have some very nice sculpts and talented people working there. I hope to get my order soon and can't wait to see what you've got coming up next!
Are the "Grim Gothic" models still going to be available in the future? Hopefully more models like them that are clearly in universe but original designs continue to come out.

At least that is good news! I'm glad you are able to continue on. I know I got an order in for the Inquisitorial crew while I was able, and am looking forward to getting them.
That's terrible. I've been in love with the "Boneshee" design since the DoW3 trailer, and I'd thought that these miniatures were going to be the only good thing to come out of DoW3. But I waited too long. What an absolute shame.
There's always the secondary market. I'm sure there will be scalpers initially but eventually someone will part with a squad or fig for a reasonable price.

Yep. Gonna have to wait and be on the lookout for the next "hidden" wave since I missed out.

Long time lurker, created an account just to ask this and probably get my hopes crushed, but...
Does this mean there's a chance The Chastener might return after some redesigning too? That was by far my favourite model and I will forever regret not biting the bullet and purchasing him when he was available, I never thought that there would be any urgency to having to buy him

Folks, can anyone confirm if the "not-Cherubael" figure was part of the "Inquisition Team" bundle supplied by Artel-W?
The reason I ask is that I just received my order from them, and he's not included. As the bundle is now deleted from their website, I can't go back and check...

I don't think he was and I'll hopefully be getting it too. Cherabuel is the bound daemon, right? There was the male inquisitor, female psyker, male interrogator, an adept, and arbiter iirc.

Artel, any word on orders placed just after the discontinuation annoucement? I paid but I haven't gotten any shipping notice in the over two weeks since. I realize you're probably very busy but I was just wondering if you're sending out confirmation and/or shipping emails or if the package just shows up instead.

For all orders, made at artelw.com our system sending emails of order`s confirmation, dispatching notice and status changing. Remember to check your spam folder, as this emails could be filtered. Etsy and Ebay also sending the notice of dispatching when I`ll add the tracking number to the sistem. Usually, I`m recieving tracking numbers from post oiffice in 3-4 days AFTER the actual dispatching, so there is a gap. Also, I must mention again, taht spme delays are highly possible for the orders, made after the January`s 28th, but ALL orders will be fullfilled.

What about orders made through your facebook page where you send a paypal invoice? I check my spam folder every day or two and nothing came there.
