It's a pretty nifty looking kit. Kinda looks like it'd make good generic overgrown ruins of you used a lot of GW's vine kits.

I'm sure when they officially release we'll see a content list (now whether that will be totally accurate based on some of the previous scenery bundles who knows)

Given the price and the cover pic, it seems like two sets of Azyrite Ruins and the objectives set.

The very-not-clear picture? Like most of these bundles, where we cannot tell just from the picture what's actually in there?

It's pretty clear what's included to me. It's a ferratonic furnace, and alchomite stack minus the dome portion, and a bunch of wall and floors pieces that are compatible with the new sector imperialis stuff.

Columbus, Oh

so, the prior page has a rumored price for the Azyrite Township of 32.50 GPB.. according to currency converters, that is roughly $43 american, which .. just aint gonna happen.

What are other 32.50 priced items in the UK that I could use to map to the american GW website?

2+2=5 for sufficiently large values of 2.

Get of Freki (Space Wolves): W-3, L-1, T-1
Hive Fleet Portentosa (Nids/Stealers): W-6, L-4, T-0

As always, currency conversion sites are useless when trying to figure out prices.

32.5GBP is the $50 price bracket.

It's been said repeatedly, but that's not how it works. Find something else on the UK site at the same price, see what it is in USD, that'll be the price.

And at least one new sprue containing damaged walkway/tile pieces along with a damaged furnace piece

It will be $43 IF you can order it from the UK in GBP and let your credit card company/paypal do the conversion for you. And dont have to pay for shipping.

It, of course, works both ways.

Apple announced their new mac mini, price $799, UK price? £799 of course. That is despite the actual equivalent price being lower, $799 is about £618, + VAT @20% = £741.

The reason? Companies are entitled to set their own prices on goods, they do not need to apply market rates.

Of course that requires finding store that ignores GW's terms which prevent UK stores from selling outside EU area(next year by now likely changed outside UK period)

Ok these are all up now:

Thermic Plasma Nexus

It really does have 5 sets of pipes in there. It's actually a significant saving, even if you only get half a box of reactors, but I don't know why someone would need that many pipes.

Sector Mechanicus: Derelict Factorum

Sector Mechanicus Munitorum Munitions Hub

Savings on this aren't huge. You get an extra 1 and a third boxes of containers compared to two Munitorum Killzones. *shrugs*. I 'spose if you need a lot of containers and don't want all the KT stuff.

Vale of Ghyran

If you want trees, why not get yourself an 11% saving. *shrugs again*

At least it's better than the Garden of Morr double box that costs $1 more than buying two Gardens of Morr separately...

Azyrite Townscape

I kinda like how simple and clean this kit is.

I wish they'd give you enough floor sections in the Azyrite Townscape (and Sector Imperialis) to actually create, you know, a floor. It looks like AoS is likewise going for the "every building is a damaged corner" approach that 40k does.

(I don't mind the kits being expensive - I mind that they only give you one or two of the useful sprues, and flood the rest of the box with rubble sprues. It's like a LEGO set made entirely of L-shaped bricks).

It's triple Administratum plus an extra wall set. Looks like a 20% savings, at least in NZ bucks.

Edit : wrong link, fixed.

The munitorum set is actually €30 more than two kill zones and you get 2 containers less (not to mention the boards and cards).

I'm guessing this means the kill zone won't be reprinted.

Shame about the Munitorum one. I thought that'd be more like £80 on the back of the Kill Zone. At £125 I'll just wait and see if they do reprint the Kill Zone.

Oh, right, yes. You're right. Each Killzone has 6 containers. My bad.

Yet again the web team have made a mess of putting up the correct sprues for the Azyrite Townscape, one of the sprues shown doesn't come with this kit and the new sprues aren't shown at all. Didn't stop me ordering 2 though

I like the look of the Age of Sigmar ruins.

And I think I've never seen those trees with leaves before (and painted like trees, too). They actually look pretty cool.

The trees are just a normal woods sprue, they've just left the leaves off some and painted them differently.

Yeah, I know. I was just saying there seems to be this weird leafless tree fetish everyone has because I never saw leaves on those trees before. I never considered buying the kit until now.

Just be warned--I'm almost positive those leafy trees use all the leaves from their own kit, and all the leaves from the leafless trees as well. I've never seen a single set of those trees looking that leafy. So don't plan on getting a kit where all the trees can look like that.
