Honestly, without the lighting they look more green, but then again the akhelian is literally that green-blue that are AL.

Need the bases.

Also did continue the painting on my AL, washing is done there mostly.
bit on the metal bits and a bit on the mean green glow for the psyker.

Used the beret heads from the bulldogs for my AL scouts.

and shading on the metal done for about half the infantry.



slow progress but its going and coming along.

Did the coils to prepare the squad for wash, 2 more squads need to be washed then the infantry is mostly finished beyond some detail work, and eyes in this case.

You’re smashing these guys out Not Online! The gold on the last shot stands out really well, you’ll be able to spot them easy on the table

Many thanks, also here the next thingy, i will finally finish my warriors of chaos army hence the ancient bloodthirster.


Things for the "final order" there, 20 knights, 20 blood warriors (who gave that name) 10 will be kitbashed into khorne chaos knights and 1 more into a khorne chaos lord on barded chaos steed the rest probably into minor HQ or another squad of chaos knights.
20 bloodwarriors turned into warriors or maybee khorne chosen with polearms / halberds made from the lances of the knights.
And a lord on manticore because awesome model.
The Ancient blood letter i will probably turn into a DP.

many thanks gwyn, yeah, blame GW partially for this one, as it is just a simplified version of their "how to paint an Alpha legionaire" on youtube.

Now if only GW would've already released the predator... alas.

Don't dismiss a simple base, often I think that adds so much to a finished miniature. Contrasting colour works really well and you can easily imagine your Alpha Legionnaires emerging out of the haze of a desert waste, guns blazing!

FWIW, i never had such an easy and fun time for basic infantry main colour than with this blue.

The fact that it looks awesome is just bonus.

Anyways, second rank of the big block of warriors got their leather and mantles.



And i am fixing up my exalted champion, which will either be a army standard bearer or just a halberd champion, not decided yet.
