Mine are easy answers, more Inquisitor 54mm models.

Specifically, Cherubael and the Navis Nobilite

Oh, yeah, an Armorcast Reaver Titan.

Always loved the old design. Would'a been nice to have one of those.

Zoats in good condition. I have this dream of a 2000 point tyranid army with them as a count-as grunts.

That would be a very, very expensive army - but probably really cool to see on the table!

Many of mine are in my Nurgle army... I have all (ALL! MUAHAHAHAH that cost a bit) the Nurgle champions, some of which I still need to paint. I'm missing a one or two of the original Plaguebearers.

I've accrued other rarities over the years - several FW event only models, a 1991 Games Day Marine Captain (I bought two that day, one got sold about 15 years ago, the other I still have) this one: http://www.solegends.com/citle1990/early90s/le04smcaptain/index.htm

What else? Few more GD models.

If there's anything I'm after, it's probably those missing Plaguebearers, or more GUO bits...

I'd like to pick up a Sergeant Centurius at some point, and 2 of the first Emperor's Champion model - if only to convert one to have a fishing rod instead of a sword, for a diorama...

You can pick up a Sergeant Centurius whenever you like. You just have to acknowledge that there are more Sergeant Centurius minis in circulation than GW ever made!

Get on Facebook. Search for the group "40k Warhammer and general Wargames Trip Loot Sharing". This is a group that buys up large lots of exclusive minis and then sells them at cost + shipping to cut into eBay scalpers.

Best way to get Ltd. Ed. stuff without paying stupid prices. It's how I got my Ixion Hale, and the Ltd. Ed. Termy Chaplain.

The early 90s Screamer Killer. Its sheer badassery could not be contained...

I had one back in the day and painted him in Genestealer blue'n'purple. Because the army list was only in an issue of White Dwarf, my mates were taken by surprise when I plonked him on the table. He was just so outlandishly brutal in appearance and close combat there was always giggling whenever it took out a Rhino or an entire squad of Space Marines...

...ah, good times! Its hoping for too much, but a Noise marine-style redeux would be welcome.

Casual gaming, mostly solo-coop these days.

The old Warhammer marauder giant is something I have been searching for a long time. But most that come up on ebay are paint stripped and pretty rough. I want a new one.

Can't call it a 'holy grail' mini, since it's not all that special or important, just rare, but, Mork's trousers, I would like to have the Forgeworld Ork Traktor. It was basically an old wartrakk model with a resin sled for towing an ork plane (since none of them had landing gear).

Totally unimportant, but basically the only GW Ork model I don't have that I want. Even if it did pop up on eBay, I don't know if I could be bothered to pay that much for it, as it's so bloody pointless.

I would also like to get the FW Epic Steam Gargant and the FW Epic Gargantuan Squiggoth, but they aren't really my Holy Grails. I would just like to have each without paying stupid money for them.

A small town at the foothills of the beautiful Cascade Mountains

It was a custom sculpted "classic" Necron Lord.

This was back in the early to mid 2000s - I saw it on Ebay, and didn't jump on it.

It was expensive. Never saw anything like it ever again.

He was big - almost Nagash sized.

I remember is that it had the old classic scarabs sculpted on the base by his feet.

Other than that, it was just a very large classic Necron Lord, holding a staff.

I made a post ten years ago... and no one knew what I was talking about, even then:

For non-GW pieces, there is, I suppose, the original Dreamforge Leviathan: http://www.coolminiornot.com/66848. They were on the market for a very short time, before, it was rumored, GW sent out a "cease & desist" notification. Again, it'd be a wonderful project, mostly to superdetail the thing. You could even fit it with LEDs all over the place and wire up a bluetooth speaker to rickroll your opponents as required.

One of those Dreamforge leviathans is on my list too. On a related note, I'd like to find one of the unreleased Armorcast Warlord titans. About 10 years ago I almost got one, but was sniped by someone else.

Probably more of the inquisitor range, especially the 54mm scale genestealer and hybrid conversion parts. But the genestealer alone regularly sells for £80 on eBay and I can’t spring to that for one miniature. Damn thing was only available through GW mail order for three months originally, it was OOP by the time I knew of it.

Well, if you want rare Inquisitor Scale figs, this is one from my collection, the unreleased Inquisitor scale Necron Warrior.

Ha! I bought and sold that thing twice, finally deciding I just didn't play BFG enough to want to keep it. Ace model, though!

I don't know why I like it so much, to be honest, because I usually hate metal/resin!

Well for me is has to be this model, for a whole number of reasons, a partner I lost to illness had this model but grief and well foolishness saw me sell it of to a new owner. After realizing my error for parting With something I should have hung on I have sougth to make mends in some small manner. The real hinderance is that I no where near the skills she had as a painter or a modeler. So thus I have yet to aquier it

I would dearly love to get Heresy's Madame, but I (a) lack the skill to do it justice, (b) the spare cash to afford a model I would never use in a gaming setting, and (c) my wife would probably divorce me over it as she's still irritated that I named one of my Tervigons after her.

Confrontation Titan Dragon for years, got one from the CMON sale a year ago (still in pieces).

There was an other Rackham piece, a Souffre-Toile. I ended up buying a recast (yes I know I funded international terrorism) as I needed it so bad.

“Good people are quick to help others in need, without hesitation or requiring proof the need is genuine. The wicked will believe they are fighting for good, but when others are in need they’ll be reluctant to help, withholding compassion until they see proof of that need. And yet Evil is quick to condemn, vilify and attack. For Evil, proof isn’t needed to bring harm, only hatred and a belief in the cause.”
