Was that the case?
Just wondering if they will start shipping in the next few days.
I'm not sure. However, once they dock at Southhampton they have to be unloaded and then transported to the warehouse before being sorted and shipped.

Noooooooooooooooooo!!!
Old computers at work and limited connectivity mean I can't order the three box deal at present.
I'll have to wait for next weekend.
This is, potentially, not good news for next year when I'll be away from home for most of it.

Have no doubt. The moment I'm on a decent connection with a more up to date browser, three boxes of Heavy Grognards will be on the electric abacus.
Part of the perils of working offshore.
Maybe I can train the Long Haired Admiral to order for me when I'm away next year?
But then she'll know what I buy.......

So, find out what she likes, and get her something as a present? Bribery makes the world go round in some respects.

Do we know what heads we're getting in the Death Fields British box set yet?
I'm thinking pith helmets and Brodie's at the very least. Maybe WW1 British service caps.
Would Scottish Tam O Shanters be asking for too much?

Ottoman jannissaries or German landsknechts for the Death Fields series? Those were the first two soldier types that came to mind when I saw the "skirt".

That does look very similar to an M41a Pulse Rifle, but with more of a P90 back end instead of the Thompson that the “real” one used.

I think the image is from a historical set as you can see a sword tip and what I think is some sort of pole arm in the art.

Nobody that I know of makes plastic sets for fantasy/sci-fi turds, toilets and accoutrements. Piles of horse/dinosaur gak, cyber-bidets and Chaos toilets, for example.
I’m counting on you, Wargames Atlantic. You’re my only hope.

WGF made several sprues that fit the bill. Amazon arms, Hoplite arms, Romans. They pretty much all look like someone gave a dinosaur dark chocolate.

We know just need a Free-French/French Colonies WW2 Set, than we can can combine those 3 for the different theatres from WW1 up to Vietnam

GW:"Space marines got too many options to balance, therefore we decided to legends HH units."
Players: "why?!? Now we finally got decent plastic kits and you cut them?"
Chaos marines players: "Since when are Daemonengines 30k models and why do i have NO droppods now?"
GW" MONEY.... erm i meant TOO MANY OPTIONS (to resell your army to you again by disalowing former units)! Do you want specific tyranid fighiting Primaris? Even a new sabotage lieutnant!"
Chaos players: Guess i stop playing or go to HH. |

Currently, no. however:
1. There are several purveyors of bases we could point you to.
2. why would you need slotta bases for the WW1 germans?

I think one can perfectly well portray WW2 French with WW1 French minis, the only big difference is the uniforms being khaki instead of blue.

kind off
you can use WW1 French and mix them with US-WW2/Vietnam parts, get some metal weapons/heads and and there is still no option for the African, Italien or Asian Campaign (WW1 as well as WW2)
the focus on Grestcoats/Winter wear is ok for a WW1 Set as there is a German Set as well so 2 Boxes for the same theatre of war is great.
for WW2 you can get all kinds of plastic boxes for the different settings but only for the 4 major powers
now that there is French Resistance coming, in my opinion, expanding the French Line would be great to not need scalping other boxes for bits
