One of the people that finally convinced me to start Age of Sigmar also wants Chaos Dwarves, like a lot. They have Kharadron Overlords with Fyreslayers just to get them by until then. I kinda suspect GW creating a faction of them will be turning on the money printer with a lot of people. Looking back at the old models, I think that they would work really well in the AoS aesthetic too. And even I have to admit the setting could use more dawi than we have right now. Which is fine since elgi really only need one more faction to be dal for a bit.

Worth mentioning that Chaos Dwarfs definitely exist, and it definitely seems like there are plans for them. And that was even before the one we got in WarCry.

Oof. Things I would like to see?

A rework of the Wanderers concept. They really could stand to be their own army, at least if Ogors and Gargants can. There's a lot of other factions that certainly could have the same said of them...but Wanderers were literally called out initially as being exactly that. They were welcome in the Cities of Sigmar but didn't actively dwell there.

Hopefully it's going to be part of the Kurnothi when/if they get their own book. Wild Riders are the priests of Kurnous, Waywatchers were kinda/sorta devotees of Kurnous, as were the Glade Lords. There's a lot of room for actual 'Aelfs' in that kind of a setup.

Elvish/Dark Elvish buildings. I LOVE that tall fluted spire tower they always showed in the pages of WD & the 5th/6th? edition DE (i think it was DE) army book years ago.
I'd pay for that model.

I’ve been playing a lot of warhammer total war 2 and omggggg yes.... if they released a heap of different elvish terrain, I’d be ashamed of how much I would buy xD
I’d want to just build a whole city ❤️

Stormcast prosecutors that are practical to transport/play with. I really like the models but they are super impractical for gaming.

I also wish for chaos dwarfs, a new plastic release of them would get me to start a real AoS army.

They told me i was crazy, that i could not win with an army list like that. 2000 points later i found out that they were right

Get a metal toolbox and stick magnets under their bases. It's the saviour of all (well, most) fragile-model-transportation.

If santa claus offered me one box of AoS/wfb miniatures I'd probably ask for one that would make a nice deceiver miniature for my necrons army.

I love the mangler squigs model. It's so flavorful and thematically posed. All the little goblins bouncing around on it really makes it shine. For the matter everything they've done with the squigs for the gloomspite gitz had been pretty great!

Not going to lie, if I was to ever do an ork army of some kind, I’d definitely do a heap of goblins, they’re kinda cute xD

Light of Eltharion is fantastic design, though I also like the ogor tyrant from Feast of Bones.
But overall? I think Kudross or Olynder from Nighthaunts, they got down the gothic ghost look down perfectly with them.

As someone who's been pretty critical of AoS' over the top, overdesigned tripe I must admit that Chaos Dwarfs do seem like a very good fit for an AoS army design wise. It's also an obvious way to flesh out the Chaos GA without veering into new and weird territory (for a while anyway). They could even keep Legion of Azgroh around in model terms since they'd still fit in TOW.

I guess the closest thing right now is Skaven right?

I wouldn't mind seeing a AoS verson of Tyranids ♥

If there was one I'd like to see it buck the trend of bug armies and not be a mindless horde army. Get creative! Take inspiration from non eusocial insects! Or look into the kinds that live in colonies of just a few hundred individuals. Change it up I say

As a spiderfang player, I'd love another spiderfang unit type. Don't know what kind, but some diversity would be nice! maybe some kind of heavily armoured type, or with a better ranged weapon.

Having always been fascinated by Medusa from Clash of the Titans, I'd have to say Morathi.

Not a model I have any business purchasing, nor the upcoming book, but they draw me in all the same.

Casual gaming, mostly solo-coop these days.

Why not have a mindless horde in the army, akin to Skaven? Only the larger bugs would have any actual intelligence. Now these "larger" bugs could be akin to the Tyranid Warriors, or even the size of a 'Gaunt. But there is no reason not to include swarms of bugs in the army, even if it is only on a level of "domestication".

Not sure I can name that single model that I like so much better than everything else. GW makes a lot of good models, many of which speak to me.

The metal Tomb Guard that preceded the now squatted plastic version was what got me into starting Warhammer Fantasy in the first place. Fantastic models, and very elegant in their simplicity.

In the AoS era a model that easily comes to mind is the Darkoath Chieftain. It's a great model and might be unrivaled if Warcry hadn't since given us Hypnocat.

For my ridiculously over-the-top favorite model, I'd have to go with Nagash. I love his model, even if the spirit swirls were a little too much for my tastes.

For just a general unit, I love the Boingrot Bounders. Their design is hilarious, and they look like a joy to paint.
