It's by no mean bad, but it comes across as quite unimaginative. There are so, so many things that could have done with the design to make it stand out and come across something more than a Space Marine Predator with a different turret and front heavy holter - even something that was a combination of the classic Predator Kit and the new would have been good, like large side-mounted casemate sponsons and perhaps a rounded turret that was more like a Cathedral dome filled with stained glass. The Immolator, Repressor and Exorcist are all based on the Rhino but have significant changes that make them feel unique, this needed to be more along those lines too.

There's a special edition novella coming for Gaunt's Ghosts, set as a kind of prequel called "The Vincula Insurgency" and a new Sabbat Worlds anthology "The Sabbat War".

Even though the shows say 6pm BST/1pm EST--they're taking around 5-6 minutes to kind of "lead in" to everything.

Love those models. I came in right at the end of that, they said something about not panicking because they'll return - take it that means limited initial run?

Plastic gaunts ghosts, if there not all monopose characters I could end up with a third guard army.

It's likely they'll release them with Vincula Insurgency or whatever, then have them as a direct only item. They did it with similar BL models as well.

Didn't the old metal Gaunt's Ghosts have a female model? Did they drop her, or am I misremembering?

They confirmed that they will not be limited edition just that they thought they would sell fast so not to worry, they will return.

Also nice to see the Sabbat Worlds Crusade book coming back!

They had one yes, but it seems like they wanted to get the "initial cast" in.

2 models, both special characters, one a LoW and the other a non-combatant, doesn't make for a strong preview.

Steel Tred might be fun, I enjoyed the first series of Novellas which had a short story of a tank crew

GG models are great (although I have the originals) but no sniper girls :( makes me sad

Nice! I've been wanting to read those books. Did they say anything about actually printing them? Or making BL novels more available in general?

Dear GW - please remind Black Library that Age of Sigmar is a thing

Seriously every BL big event tends to focus on 40K books and authors and AoS is left out to dry. Which is odd, its fresh and new and should be ripe pickings for loads of established authors and new ones. BL AoS must survive the loss of Josh Reynolds!

I hope that is not all the Ghost figures.. I sure could use a Doc Curth, Tona Criid, or Jessi Banda equivalent
