I see you were these ready to lap up the leaks and repost, almost like you were keen to consume the images of models with your fellow consumers.

But still, curious what the motivation was if not "Internet clout".

Either way I'm hoping there's some stuff we haven't seen for good measure.

Silhouette is up looks like Squats, Traitor Guard and the Centaur from the S2D leak so he's probably in Warcry first.

'Consoomer' is not just buying things - it is having an irrational relationship with these products - literally worshipping capital, and building ones life around them. I do like models, or otherwise I wouldn't be here - though I can't say I feel the same level of near hysteric devotion some people seem to - that if they are shown at the wrong time their 'day is ruined'.

I do not have any clout to gain? Do you know what clout means? I'm not getting PMs or offers or having my name shared around! I reposted images from /tg/ and I was surprised people had not posted them already and wanted to be semi-helpful. Incidentally, the functional people on the HH discussion thread did not fall into hysterics and all seemed to enjoy the pictures - possibly because they are functional.

I was given to understand it was this genius who'd flown himself over from NZ for the event and is now persona non grata with GW, was escorted off the premises, and won't be invited again... for a 48hr leak... He was the one posting them all over the XXth fb page.

Enjoy your 2 days of praise, influencer Gaz! (of course he's an Alpha Legion dude )

I mean the guy getting kicked out of GW was in it for internet clout, I'm actually thankful for the repost because you put the effort in for spoilers for those who cared.

You're a soft Teddy bear under that edgy exterior, I can tell.

I guess where we differ is I think range size = support, and you think modern models = support.

Yeah. GW supports a range by adding models. (And not subtracting models, which CoS players rightly fear... again)
Once it exists... not deleting it doesn't count as a support to me, its just the default state of affairs. The range size doesn't really matter.

Sylvaneth are getting support from their upcoming release- I don't particularly like most of them, but they're obviously adding to the faction. And they did need more support.

Skaven...are getting a spare member of their underworlds team. Yet more versions of characters aren't what they need. Eddie specifically talked about his love for Eshin, but assassins aside, Eshin is in a terrible state. Gutter runners have been reduced to a trio of fairly poor metal models (still come with 4 square bases, which says something about how old they are, and how they used to be packaged), and night runners are the horrid monkeys with bare sprues. They exist, but that isn't support. That's neglect, which is the opposite of what should be happening.

Its puzzling who gets things and who doesn't. Nighthaunt seem to get a steady trickle of releases, because they show up in all sorts of boxes. STD gets weird but extensive releases (still don't understand the E2B getting started box), but Beasts get... a giant centigor that isn't for them, and other monstrous beasts that go to STD instead. Whatever GW is doing with AoS, it makes no sense to me.

Voss, are you telling me you don't want to spend £12 for a Skryre Acotlye where you get one of three sculpts randomly selected?
It is quite disappointing that you can only effectively play two kinds of Skaven clan.

Well, this is the area where we can get the most surprises, as we don't have much of a clue what's going on.

I expect the Hashut people for Warcry, but really it could be anything.

The leakers relationship with GW is but that's a them problem until they stop inviting any outsiders to those events as a result.

Huh. These are now (at least according to the WarCom frontpage) the GW 'Skirmish Games.'
Is this an official name change?

OK, the Dark Angels color thing made me laugh.

Nah Killteam is billed as "Skirmish Combat in the 41st Millennium" and Warcry is "Skirmish Combat in the Mortal Realms". There was also AoS Skirmish from a while ago. It's to differentiate between the larger battles in 40k/AoS where it's more than one squad of dudes.
