Another one that's almost comically unspecific, this could be from any of the 40k-adjacent universes/games. Somehow, i get a HH feeling from it, but that might be wrong. My guess is yet another celebratory/special/limited miniature that nobody saw coming, LOV-themed Grombrindal or something like that.

Plastic Karandras was released in 2004. But he’s so stealthy, nobody noticed and he can’t be seen.

A curious piece. The size of it makes me think a gigantic diorama model like The Something of St. Katherine, but surely the window to include something like that for Guard has closed for the moment?

I think those sandbags look a little too unstable to be piled up like that for a fancy base ornament of something man-sized.

I wonder if one of the new Kill team sets will have a more temporary style of camp/ammo dump as it's terrain.Concrete, sandbags and camo netting kind of thing.

It could always be an additional scenery piece for Guard.

Sorry, but there is a shortage of Dead Cadians as the majority of their bodies blew up when Cadia did , So the new poor grunts have to build with bags of locally sourced dirt. Once supply chains are re-established we will return to using dead "Cadians by the way of Plutark IV" bodies.

I think if the Quartermaster were coming, it would be as part of a Command Squad rather than a standalone. The Cadian Command Squad, for example, has two "locked" spaces in it for a Master-Vox and a Medic. A Death Korps Command Squad may have an Artillery Coordinator and Quartermaster in lieu of those two.

The Marshal as a standalone is something we already kinda/sorta know is their intention via the FW Compendium update that told you to look at the Castellan for their rules.

New Ratling snipers, because they need a few sandbags to stand on to see over any amount of terrain.
